« A must for dry or dehydrated skin. »

I have very dry and dehydrated skin in general and my undereyes are no exception. When I most recently got my makeup done at Sephora, an artist said that I had the driest skin she’d ever worked with. Um, not a distinction I’m looking for but this is my life. (I don’t go to bed at night unless my face legit looks oily from products in an attempt to re-hydrate my skin.) Luckily, Sephora also offered solutions! Shout out to Angela at the Walnut Street store for using these on me--she is your girl if you have have dry or dehydrated skin or if you are looking for a natural skin look.Anyway, I’m into sheet masking but this was my first venture into eye patches--these are so great that I had to purchase them. These patches not only moisturized my Sahara Desert undereyes, but they seemed to firm up the area as well, which works for me. My concealer went on smoother, too, and it was my usual Nars creamy concealer made even better--and believe me, I have dark circles from asthma, so I have literally tried every concealer everywhere and this is the best. This accomplished what no undereye cream could in about 20 minutes or so of having the patches on. Pro tip: Angela left the patches on while she did my eyes, brows, etc. and did my complexion/undereyes last. If you’re a complexion last sort of person, that’s perfect. If you’re like me and do complexion first, you can just treat yourself with these patches while bingeing on Stranger Things before you do your makeup. These also pair great with any sheet mask (put the patches on first).

« Just Okay »

These are just okay. They feel nice at first but dry up rather quickly. I think the Sephora brand eye masks are better! Also, the PTR packaging looks nice but in the jar the solution these pads are soaked in sinks to the bottom, so you have to dig to the bottom to get any of the good ingredients on your skin. That sort of defeats the purpose of the packaging and it gets really messy! So I’ll use these up but not sure I’d repurchase.

Purchased this product once before - no problems. Purchased again - major problems. I lost nearly half of the gels because they pretty much disintegrated in my hands when removing them with the spatula. I contacted the Peter Thomas Roth company, explained my experience, and asked if they had changed their formula or way the gels were being made. The response I received from this company was “you just don’t need to be so rough with them“. Wait. What? I’m being blamed for your faulty product? Ok. Solution is to purchase eye gels made by other companies who stand behind their products. And it’s not Sephora’s fault. They just sell the products. Anyone considering purchasing the Peter Thomas Roth eye gel patches, don’t. Instead, I highly recommend the eye gels by skyn ICELAND. Their products are consistently quality and they stand behind all of their products.

« Good product, use as needed. »

I’m pleased with these gel patches - they do what they need to do! After using, I noticed that the skin under my eyes looked more moisturized, plump, and less “wrinkly“ (I’m only 24, but this did visibly reduce some of the little creasing under my eyes. I’d use before applying concealer for a smooth finish!). HOWEVER, I would recommend leaving these on much longer than the 15 mins indicated in the instructions. The first time I used them, I left on for 20 mins and really didn’t see a difference. The second time, I took a 2-hr nap in them and saw the intended effects.

I use these every morning. I look as though I not only had a full nights rest, but any creases I might have received while sleeping...**POOF** , they’re gone.I wear these on my way to work, over my CC cream. Just before I walk in the office, I remove them and look like a million bucks.Peter Thomas Roth, these are a miracle product! My sister was green with envy until I bought her a set. She can’t live with out them now.These are my go-to on flights, trains...heck, any travel, under my sunglasses.... no one knows my miracle secret!

« So Hydrating! »

This is such a great part of my routine. The under eye skin needs it’s own care and this does the trick. These patches adhere to the skin well and hydrate the under eye area so nicely. I have left this on for longer than the directed 20 minutes and have noticed such a great effect. Highly recommended!

Bought this to get rid of the puffiness and dark circles under my eyes, and it helps TREMENDOUSLY! The product works, definitely, especially when used religiously. My only concern is that unlike other reviews say, the patches DO slip down my face and I need to keep pushing them up. They are extremely saturated with the product (which is good) but that’s what makes them slip. So I suggest laying down and keeping your head tilted back to keep them in place. Lastly, the shape of the patches is not ideal for under the eye. The curve is kind of funky, and so the pointed end of the patch ends up kind of poking you in the eye. I started just cutting off the ends. Overall, great product, just needs a little tweaking to make it a perfect 5 stars!

Very pleased with these cooling and effective hyaluronic gel patches. WOW! Love them. From the first application, my eyes felt cool, rested, depuffed and smooth. Well worth the money. I use them 2x/wk. The container is full of the hyaluronic gel, so what I do is spread it all over my face and neck for an extended treatment. You will not be disappointed with this product at all.

« This Product Has Changed »

I used to love these eye patches. They were miracle workers. However, it has taken me three purchases to realize they decided to start skimping on the liquid that goes in each container. Without a lot of the hyaluronic formula, you are paying for a piece of silicone that sits on your face better, but doesn’t actually do anything. Unless they revert to their previous version, save your money.

I notice a difference right after use, but it doesn’t really last. I like these a lot for a little pampering before a night out/event, but they don’t do much for everyday.

« Say good bye to dark circles and puffy bags »

I am anemic and this stuff rocks for my dark circles. My eyes feel refreshed and appear brighter after each use. I sometimes put them on my husbands crow feet and even he mentioned a noticeable difference.

Found this at Sephora today and asked one of the beauty reps if I could take home a sample. Oh, am I glad I did. It feels so refreshing and invigorating. Definitely going to purchase this tomorrow. Super pleased.

« does what it claims »

The product does what it claims - hydrates. I don’t think this is a necessity in your skincare routine however. I bought it so that I could feel extra on sundays when i do my whole weekly self care thing. But when i used them for the first time I noticed immediate plumpness in the eye area. However, you should follow up with an occlusive (MUST be occlusive) eye cream or moisturizer in the eye area. Because the hydration will just evaporate right out of your skin otherwise (trans-epidermal water loss). This product isn’t occlusive, pls keep that in mind and only then will u feel great results. I keep it on for 10 minutes because my skin soaked it up by then, 15 is probably pushing it. I will repurchase this because i am only looking for hydration in the eye area, not brightening of my dark circles since i love my dark circles. Consistent hydration over time = anti aging. So the product does actually do what it claims. Its not a dark circle Treatment! I think some of the negative reviews are because of that, but it makes no sense. This is not for dark circles people that’s why its not helping your dark circles. Sure hydration would help darkness but tbh that’s probably a problem more from within... like I think that requires actually drinking more water. Anyway i love that it makes me feel bougie on sundays it’s just really nice to take extra care of yourself and be extra sometimes

I like these patches. They feel nice on my tired eyes and I did notice an improvement in fine lines. I agree with others that they are quite thin and tear easily. I see other people mention that the patches are dry and that is true. The top half of the jar is dry while all of the serum is at the bottom of the jar with the bottom patches. I started storing my jar upside down and that helped the top patches be adequately covered in serum. I will be purchasing a second time.
