« it’s about time »
I’ve been wishing for someone to make a silk version of a contoured sleep mask for years! I don’t get extensions, but I do use a lash growth serum and flat sleep masks definitely smash them and make them look wonky. Slip executed this really well, the band is elasticated and works for me as is, I would like to see a velcro or otherwise adjustable band in the future but that isn’t a major complaint. I started using a sleep mask because my adorable cat lovingly grooms my lashes and brows if they’re exposed and as sweet as that is, it’s very disruptive to a good nights sleep. It ended up being a total win, I find the complete darkness helps me get to sleep faster and keeps me from waking up as much as I normally would, and it protects my lashes from being bathed and smashed all night, this is fabulous!

It’s true that the band isn’t adjustable and that it would be an improvement- however, this is the best eye sleep mask I have ever used. I just purchased my second lovely lashes contour mask today after my husband tried it and said how much better it blocks light than his previous Bucky padded masks. The magic is the extra deep room for your eyes and presumably extensions though I don’t have those. Plus, the silk is cool and soft. It comes in a sturdy storage box. I cut off the huge tags seem to the elastic band giving the washing instructions etc. I love this mask and look forward to wearing it, it’s so comfortable. Just a note of comparison, I did NOT like the basic Slip eye mask and ordered it by mistake - the flat shape actually put pressure against my eyeballs. Not comfortable.
The strap is not adjustable. It falls off my face in the middle of the night. Really disappointing for such an expensive sleep mask.
« No way to adjust size, slipped and slid all over »
I really wanted to like this as somebody who loses most of their extensions when rolling around at night in bed. Unfortunately there was only an elastic band to hold it on and every time I turned on my side or moved my head it would slip off. I tried pressing down on it with my head while on my side, but then it was uncomfortable and distracting. I ultimately took it off and returned the next day.
I so love this Sleep Mask!!! I wear it doing the day( I work overnights in hospital). The mask blocks out all the sunlight and television light as well, when I go to sleep. My eyes don’t feel strained
« Decent mask »
This is a nice mask. Not sure it’s worth $55 but I paid it so ?!?!? The only reason I took off one star is, the strap is not adjustable so it doesn’t fit as snug as I would like so light does come through sometimes at the bridge of my nose. The material is gentle on my skin and it doesn’t press on my eyes or lashes.

I honestly love this! it’s the best and only sleep mask I can use now. do keep in mind it is not adjustable, but thankfully fits mu head perfectly.
« Better than regular silk masks! »
Other than protecting my lashes, I feel like these masks stay on my face better. With regular silk masks they tend to slide off my face by the morning. Perhaps because they are heavier… but totally comfortable!
