All the other AB products contain Palmitoyl Tripeptide-8 [their special TFC8]. But it doesn’t appear in this mask. Are we paying $200 and not even getting the special ingredient that makes this line so good

I used this and my skin felt AMAZING the next day! So soft and plump. Im a big fan of AB and this was just amazing. I couldnt believe how soft my skin was. Texture and fine lines were reduced. Im really surprised by the other reviews as I loved it and great it comes with a refill

« Skin is brighter and bouncier »

I received this from Influenster for free in exchange for an honest review. The product advertises brightening and evening of complexion. My skin definitely appeared brighter, I did not notice any change in lines etc. but the claims say over a 12 week usage and Influenster did not allow for that amount of time to pass before reviewing. I will concede that my skin felt softer and “bouncier”. The packaging is super heavy and luxe feeling. But it comes with a spatula that is not only useless, but also not magnetic. Every company that makes a product in a jar should be required to take jot of Farmacy’s spatula or Drink Elephant’s pump. It was kinda ridiculous that for the price, this doesn’t have an elegant solution.

Felt cooling on my face when I applied it with the spatula and like the way it made my face soft, didn’t see much of a difference on my face but it did break me out a little.

« It’s just ok »

I was elated to receive this as a complimentary sample. I have other comparable, expensive products and this was my least favorite. I have tried this several times and have the same results. The suggestion is 2-3 times per week for best results. You put it on and need to wait at least 10 minutes before rinsing (no soap). I prefer overnight for maximum results but it didn’t matter 10 min or overnight. Once you rinse it, yes, your skin feels soft. But it doesn’t really help if you have dry skin because without moisturizer, your skin won’t feel soft for long. The softness wears off fast. The moisturizer I use really helps maintain my softness throughout the day. I just think this is not worth the price tag for what your every day moisturizer will do. I will say, the ingredients are great however. It’s just not my holy grail and that is ok. I have other masks that do the same as this one but last longer and unfortunately cost around the same.

I’ve used this every day since receiving it. I’ve tried both recommended applications. As a “mask” for 8-10 minutes and leaving on overnight. Neither way made me notice any real drastic positive difference. It might have been hydrating but if left on overnight I also felt really greasy and any hydration benefit was negligible since I had to wash my face 3 times to rid of the oily/greasy feeling. It was a bit less greasy/oily feeling when only used for 8-10 minutes vs overnight. Certainly no visible difference in my faces tone or texture, nor any reduction in hyperpigmentation. The “massage/applicator” is Ridiculous. I did feel that it had more weight to it than a standard face moisturizer and there is zero scent. (Good or bad depending on your preference of scented products)

If you are looking for a premium face mask look no further! The Augustinus Bader The Face Cream Mask is the best of the best for hydration and soft skin. You can leave it on for ten minutes or overnight. I prefer overnight because I feel like I am getting the full benefits of it that way. This cream feels like silk on my skin. It’s so thick and luxurious. My skin looks younger, firmer, and so much more hydrated. My fine lines are smoother and less noticeable. My pores are less visible and the texture of my skin has transformed. I’ve never seen results this dramatic or as fast as any other product. I love that it comes with a little spatula. Also, the packaging is great and so eco-friendly. When it runs out you just buy a little refill tub and keep your glass jar for it to go in. This helps cut down on waste and is even more affordable this way. This high-end product is the absolute holy grail of skincare and will have you wondering why you ever bought anything else

I like the packing of this mask! Golden cover and deep blue glass jar! So elegant! It is also refillable! Which is very great for the environment! It also comes with a Zamac spatula! Applied using the hypoallergenic Zamac spatula to gently depuff! This is a lightweight cream texture mask! I use it a few times a week for about a 10 minute routine! Fast-acting and effective, Skin hydration improved! Skin feels firmer！I can feel my skin is hydrating and soothing! I use it as a sleeping mask too! I use it in my last step in my night time routine! I can feel my skin is Glowing and Plumping and ultra-nourishing the next morning. I believe I will get other effects by continuing to use it! Suitable for all skin types, fits into any skincare routine.⁠

Let me start off by saying: OH MY GOD! This stuff is incredible. You can either use it as a quick 8-10 min mask or an overnight mask (wash it off in the morning). The first time I used it, I did the quick mask. I could feel my skin tightening slightly and knew it was doing god’s work. Night #2 I decided to try leaving it on overnight. My skin feels so nourished and soft! I’m hooked. The formula is silky smooth and spreads nicely. You don’t need much. The application/massage tool is nice and easy to use. My only gripe (and it’s a small one) is with the packaging. For a luxury product, I would expect the product itself to be in a glass container. Instead, it is in a cheap plastic container which then just sits inside the glass. It fell out as soon as I unscrewed the top and felt a little cheap. Thankfully the mask speaks for itself.

I’ve dry and extremely sensitive skin and it’s a cold winter. I’m picky about trying new products. I did receive this product for free to review it, but this will become a staple for me. I’ve used it daily for two weeks, leaving it on overnight. I feel like the results are equivalent to a hydrafacial. My skin is definitely maturing, and this has made forehead lines plump again. Makeup applies smoothly each day and isn’t sinking into those lines by mid afternoon. I’ve a sun spot that seems fainter. I am planning to keep this in my routine, but go to 2 or 3 days a week to maintain results. This has been a game changer, if it’s in your budget I don’t think you’ll regret it. The moisture my skin is retaining is impressive!

This is the first time I have ever used Augustinus Bader products and might I say I am more than pleasantly surprised. This face mask is like a miracle cream full of hydration and hidden benefits. I have been using this product for more than 10 days. It has a thin serum like consistency and a small amount goes a long way. I apply it overnight for hydration. It has definitely improved the texture, tone and color of my skin. My skin is hydrated, supple, bright, firm and younger looking. This is an expensive mask but packs a punch. For again skin that is dehydrated I highly recommend this mask. Love it.

Augustinus Bader The Face Cream Mask This past week, I’ve been using this nice cream face mask for about ten minutes a day. First, I noticed that the firmness of my neck area has improved. My dehydrated skin and dullness have greatly improved in a short time. For the next week, I’m going to use it as an overnight cream mask. I’m excited to see what comes with the next three weeks of daily use. I love the texture. Nice thick cream but doesn’t choke my skin. Washes off easily and has given no skin reactions at all. The little gold applicator allows me to put it on gently and where I want it.

I received this as a complimentary product from influenster and as excited as i was to receive this product, I honestly did not want to like it because of the price tag. But i have used it for 5 days and have started to feel the difference in my skin, the elasticity and natural glow is back, fine lines are dimming down and i feel like my skin is more firm. The texture is beautiful and no scent, that’s a plus. Also you don’t have to purchase the whole thing again as it’s a refillable product. I will definitely recommend if you can afford, although i believe that it’s worth every penny!
