« Awful smell »

Ultracalming? How can something which smells so strongly of lavender/medicine not trigger skin sensitivity? Big disappointment. Still gave 2 stars because it did hydrate well in a bright pink sort of way...

I love this product. I love that it starts out as gel and turns into a liquid texture. It’s hydrating without making my skin feel heavy. It has been especially great on my daughter who has extremely delicate skin and the start of acne. Lavender is great for her sensitive skin as well, it’s soothing and calming. This makes a big difference to the natural redness in her cheeks. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a deeply hydrating, lightweight moisturizer.

Great moisturizer for oily combination skin all season! This is my must-have moisturizer and it will not go anywhere soon. The reason why I rate this 4-star is the size. For $50, it is definitely expensive but I found a trick. I mix the gel with a moisturizer lotion or mist. It becomes super lightweight yet still effective and I save money. Dry skin beware! If you have dry skin, don’t waste your money on this product.

This product has several irritating fruit extracts that bothered my skin so I stopped using it. Way too expensive, just use CeraVe.

Amazing for all skin types, especially oily skin ! I’ve been using this for almost 2 years, as my daytime moisturizer, after vitamin C application and before adding my SPF. I . Love. It. The hydration is immediate and lasts all day. I also use it at night sometimes if I’ve overdone it with my actives and my skin is sensitized. It is so good. Please, do not discontinue this!!!

This is one of the best moisturizers that I’ve ever used! I have very dry and sensitive skin, especially more so during fall/winter. It is very lightweight and super hydrating for my skin. One major pro is that is does not irritate my sensitive skin! I would definitely recommend this product!

« Not my favourite »

Meh... Its very concentrated so you only need a small amount. You must “activate“ it, which means rubbing it in your hands first. It’s a little tacky for some time after application and seems to over activate my skin (which is very sensitive). I was too shiny to continue using after 1 week. The smell is over bearing as well.

I have super temperamental skin. I’ve tried a ton of different moisturizers, and either they’re too heavy or dry out my skin, or, most commonly, cause a reaction. This moisturizer is super light and probably one of two on this earth that doesn’t cause a disastrous reaction on my face. Cannot recommend this enough.

« Very Gentle »

I tried this from a free sample my esthetician gave me when I got a facial. I really liked it! I have combination acne skin and this felt very light on the face. No greasy residue and I didn’t notice any irritation after I tried it a few times.

I get the feeling I would have liked this product a lot (A LOT) more during summer. Seeing as it was November when I purchased & tried it, though, I was unimpressed.I first tried the product with my usual regimen of skincare. But something about the product didn’t mesh well with the essence & serum I’m using (the artemisia line from Missha), & it felt almost plasticky on my skin. Almost like the yellow gel moisturizer from Clinique I used when I was younger. So I tried a more simplified regimen, leaving out my extra steps of essence, serum, & emulsion (from Laneige). Unfortunately, while this product felt good applying, it wasn’t hydrating enough for my cheeks (& the dryer parts of my face) & my skin felt a lil tight about 30-60 min later. A few hrs after which my skin started feeling oily to compensate for the dryness.That said, i do have extremely sensitive skin, yet this didn’t break me out or give me burns/rashes. I’m willing to try it again when summer months come around. It’s just not worth the price, imo, during winter.

I won’t buy this product again. Waste of money. Did not do anything for me. It made my skin so tight and dryon each application. After using this product for the first time ever I saw dry patches on my skin.

« Best summer moisturizer for oily skin »

One of the best moisturizers for summer time. It makes your skin relaxed, and hydrated. I have oily skin, and get clogged pores easily. I use this, along with their precleansing oil and have noticed a change in my skin.

I love this but it’s overpriced. I really wish it was twice the size

I really loved this but after 2 years I realized it has hyaluronic acid which was making my rosacea worse- other than that I really like it - very gentle and soothing feeling going into skin - I ended up switching to their “Barrier Repair” and it immediately started soothing my rosacea and redness. Other than that I loved this moisturizer ! I give the Barrier Repair 5stars though! If you have oily sensitive skin go check it out - saved my life- also a great primer for makeup it gives a smooth clean canvas!
