« too strong of a smell »

I had tried the Dr. Jart Hydrating mask (the blue packet) and loved it, so I thought I’d give this one a try as well. The first thing I noticed when I opened it was the nearly overpowering smell of...Witch Hazel-medicine type smell. I almost couldn’t bear to keep it on my face the full 20 minutes. While marinating in the mask, I checked the ingredients--and the top two after water and glycerine are “Butylene Glycol, Alcohol, Panthenol“--all three are derivatives of alcohol. That accounts for the smell, but I have to wonder if it’s good for my skin in the long run. I won’t be repurchasing this mask.

In my pursuit of a hydrating facial mask in a sheet, I gave this one a try. Upon opening the package, I noticed this is a very juicy mask. well saturated in product, but not dripping all over. The backing on the mask makes it easy to unfold and apply. There was plenty of “juice“ on my hands after applying so I spread the product onto my neck and decollete. I left the mask on until it dried and began to uplift from my mouth area. I smoothed the remaining product into my face.It leaves a slightly tacky finish on my skin, but not sticky. Difficult to describe. However, my face feels and looks hydrated and refreshed. Will absolutely re-purchase.

I bought this in a rush looking for a hydration mask for my dry skin big mistake buying without taking a good look at the ingredients. Has alcohol as a main ingredient when you pull out the i sheet mask it’s all you can smell...not sure why skin brands keep putting alcohol as an ingredient in skin care it’s so harmful!

Fourth ingredient is literally alcohol. This is not hydrating. The mask completely dried my skin out into a flaky mess.

I couldn’t get past the smell to wear it long enough. I get migraines from smells and noticed an overpowering odor right away. Even my boyfriend noticed the smell across the room. It was like rubbing alcohol and gasoline.

One of the best sheet masks that I have tried! Not only did it not irritate my sensitive skin, but efficiently and effectively provided my skin with long lasting hydration.

A little sticky and it can be messy but the results are amazing! My skin has been so bad this winter and this mask definitely helped bring it back to life. It does take a while for the serum to absorb after leaving the mask on for 15-20 minutes, but like I said, it works wonders.

This mask is the 2nd dr.jart mask I have purchased. I used the rehydrate mask first and was in love with the results. This mask is like $1 less and claims to rehydrate as well. I tried it but it was not great. It started to dry out around the 12 min mark, and I had to keep rubbing the serum over the mask. When I removed the mask my face was not more hydrated or less dry than when I started. I feel like this would be good for oily to combo skin if you were to use it more than 2-3 times a week. However for a one time quick treatment, I’ll pay the extra $1 and get a mask that works.

My favourite sheet mask ever. I have red acne prone dry skin and this worked great. Toned down my breakouts and hydrated my skin!

Feels so good when my very sensitive skin is feeling dry and irritated.

Honestly I haven’t used any sheet masks that have done anything for me before and I’ve really just used them for fun. But this one made my skin plumped and my lips were super dry and feeling tight before using the mask. I left part of the mask on my lips they were fixed, I seriously felt a difference! I think that deserved 5 stars Lol.

This mask calmed down the redness around my nose and my acne spots. This is definitely a nice mask to try but it isn’t a need. The mask did give me a glow to my skin but I’m not sure if I will repurchase

Like my title states, this is the only sheet mask that EVER left a noticeable difference on my skin. My skin actually absorbed the serum on the mask as opposed to just sitting on top of my skin! My makeup looked radiant the day I used this sheet mask. For me that is unheard of. I would repurchase again for special occasions!
