Peptide + Ceramide Repairing Moisturizer

Since there is not a single verified purchase review on this product, I figured I would go first. I bought this product after searching for a barrier repairing moisturizer that wasn’t CeraVe (it breaks me out very badly). The ingredients looked amazing, and as I’m very acne prone, there are many ingredients I like to avoid so it’s hard to find a rich moisturizer that doesn’t have pore clogging ingredients, and this one seemed perfect for me. The formula is very lovely, very moisturizing, not greasy, leaves the skin feeling so soothed. I only docked it one star because of the fragrance. My skin barrier is VERY damaged right now after a pretty severe reaction to a certain AHA/BHA *cough*drunk elephant*cough* serum, so the fragrance is slightly irritating. I plan on relying on my ol’ faithful Oat So Simple by Krave until my barrier is a little more healed and try this again to see if the irritation from the fragrance persists. I hope it doesn’t because otherwise I think this is a beautiful product for anyone with acne prone, sensitive skin, that struggles to find a rich moisturizer without shea butter or coconut oil or something.

I don’t understand how this is labeled as a barrier enhancing cream and contains fragrance. I read the ingredient list before purchasing and was seriously impressed by this powerhouse. The rest of my skincare routine does not contain fragrance. Seeing fragrance at the very end of the ingredient list, I thought that the scent would be very faint… Nope! I do not have a sensitive nose, I just want to avoid possible irritants in my routine and this moisturizer has a very strong scent. I love everything else about the product: consistency, moisture, application, glow. This is really a shame because this would’ve been my ride or die moisturizer. Dr. Zenovia, please remove the fragrance or offer a fragrance free option!

I have normal skin which tends to be slightly dry during the winter. Acne is not an issue, although I have had the occasional tiny flare up. I’m in my mid-30s, so anti-aging/prevention is my primary concern, and atm I am specifically looking for a cream that promises to increase hydration. If it can hinder the occasional flare up, too, then that’s a bonus. I’ve been using this cream for 1 week so far, and while it’s not a long trial period, I will say that: *** i’ve not had an issue with this cream not “sinking in“ to my skin like some others - I make sure to massage it in gently, but thoroughly; *** this cream literally looks matte when put on. What?! For a cream that claims to boost hydration?! But every single time, without fail, it goes on matte. *** My skin is not crazy dry, and despite this this cream makes me look blase and gives me NO VISIBLE HYDRATION, nor does my skin feel hydrated. PLUS THERE’S NO GLOW OR “LIT FROM WITHIN,“ which usually follows a super hydrating cream! All in all, it’s not a terrible product and I can see how it may work better on someone with a different skin profile than my own.

Moisturizer has a very nice consistency and sits well on the skin, but I’m not a big fan of scented products and this one has a scent that was too strong for my liking and my allergies. Would I recommend? Yes with a but. If you don’t mind scents, this is definitely not a bad product!

I LOVE this product!!! The packaging is smooth and sleek. Upon opening up a nice rich. I was hesitant to put it on my face because I have combination oily skin how ever I love this product!!! A little goes a long way! Mine in feels so soft and smooth after it is applied and feels lovely all day long. It’s actually hard for me to stop feeling in my face LOL. I definitely recommend this product. If you suffer from dry skin this is it!! If you are afraid to try because you have combination skin or even sensitive skin as do I, it’s BOMB!! I literally love and and I was totally taken aback on how much I love it!! Being that it’s pretty much winter now, its perfect for this time of year. On that note I would NOT use this in the summer. It’s so much hydration!!! This is a sample for colder weather!!

I LOVE this moisturizer it’s rich & adds a glow. I saw a difference right away, I’ve dry skin , and this product is so decadent! The small amount of fragrance, is a nice touch! I love it ! I’ve tried a lot of creams by far my favorite!

After using Dr. Zenovia Skincare Peptide and Ceramide repairing moisturizer over the past few weeks, I can say I have noticed a positive difference in the quality of my skin. My skin feels firmer and looks brighter. The aroma and the texture of the produce is light but very pleasant. I experienced no negatives from this product. As I’m approaching 30, I really appreciate products like this that help me keep my skin looking youthful.

I now have most of the products from this line and they are my holy grail. I’ve struggled my entire life with horrible acne, dry flaky skin, and even painful cyst. It’s been a long expensive journey to figure out what works best for my skin and im so glad I found these products

Dr. Zenovia’s moisturizer is exactly what I wanted. It is thick, luxurious texture and it makes my skin so dewy and soft. The only reason I took off one star is because it does not work for my skin. I have very sensitive, eczema prone skin and this moisturizer made my eczema break out. I don’t believe that this is the fault of the moisturizer, it is absolutely lovely. I’ll just need to keep looking for something that works for my finicky skin.

I have been trying the Dr. Zenovia Peptide + Ceramide Repairing Moisturizer for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with the product! My skin is extremely soft and supple. I have noticed that my fine lines have started to diminish, especially on my forehead where I have my worry lines. The scent of this product is AMAZING!! It is light and fresh, but without being too overwhelming. I could smell this scent all day! The product itself is a thicker kind of cream that is rich but still fairly lightweight on the skin. I am able to pair it with a sunscreen moisturizer with out my face feeling heavy from all the layers. A little goes a long way and it absorbs in to the skin nicely and with ease. The packaging of this product is high-class and made with quality materials. I really enjoy the jar packaging. It allows you to use this product up all the way down to the very last drop. I do understand the price can be seen as a little steep for some, but honestly you get what you pay for and if you really do take pride in taking care of your skin then it should worth it. Having youthful, healthy, and hydrated skin is well worth it! I would definitely recommend this product to others and will be definitely purchasing this product in the near future

I have been using the DR. ZENOVIA PEPTIDE + CERAMIDE REPAIRING MOISTURIZER for a few weeks and I have noticed a big difference. My skin is sensitive, not really oily or dry. My face felt and looked more moisturized than before. I use it in the morning before I start my day. It isn’t heavy on my face like other creams. I like that there isn’t a strong scent. My face looks brighter and more hydrated. I would highly recommend and already have!

This is my favorite skincare product I’ve ever used. I see a noticeable difference in my skin since I’ve started using this. There’s more of a glow, it looks hydrated and plump, and it has really helped with my hormonal acne.

« Very Moisturizing »

I have been using this moisturizer for about a month now. I am so please with how hydrating it is. I used to have a really “tight“ feeling in my skin after cleansing, but this cream has seemed to restore my moisture barrier. My skin has gone from dull and flaky to glowing. I recommend this for dry skin types. I have not seen a difference in my fine lines, but I have other serums for those.

I personally hadn’t heard of this brand, so it wouldn’t have been one I’d have thought to purchase. I was fortunate enough to try this for free provided I gave an honest review. After a few weeks of trialing the product, I’m very happy with it, and most importantly so is my skin! I’ve got PCOS so it does a lot of crazy hormonal things to my skin. With this, it seemed to help keep things in check! Even during that time of the month. Amazed? Absolutely! For me, this is a gem that I’m keeping in my products most definitely!! Very very happy with everything about it! (texture, feel of skin post application, scent etc). Yes def a winner for me!

« My favorite moisturizer »

I’ve tried many a moisturizer, I love something that plumps, for years I used the tatcha dewy skin cream, but once I tried this it kicked tatcha right out of first place. I’d say it’s right in the middle of a thick and liquids moisturizer, so it’s light way but still packs power. I love how it absorbs into my skin quick and don’t leave a weird layer on top of my skin that never seems to settle until is wipes off my pillow while I sleep lol simple no fragrance (I believe?) light clean scent. I recommend this to all my friends :)
