I am a big fan of Fresh. I have really sensitive skin and really irritated with everything!!!!!! The only brand I figure out I am not irritated with is Fresh! I have already use their BLACK TEA MASK FOR YEARS. I am soooo happy that there launch the overnight mask. It is more hydrating than the original black tea mask. Really claiming and smooth your skin. Worth your money! Love Fresh

« Thick and moisturizing »

This “mask“ is super emollient and very thick. Feels so soothing going on, and has a very mild pleasant scent...it’s like a spa day in a jar! I’m not sure about its “contouring“ effects, but I definitely wake up with a firmer, dewy, plumper complexion after using this at night. Wish it wasn’t so expensive in the full size, but I received a smaller version in the Fresh mask set that included this, the rose mask (also awesome!), sugar exfoliating mask, and Umbrian clay acne mask. If you want to try this overnight mask without paying close to $100, I strongly recommend getting the set at a much more reasonable $60-$70 price point.

I was given a generous sample last week and I have been using it every night as my moisturizer. I had been having a problem trying to find a night moisturizer that would work in the winter and my search has ended. The instructions say to ’apply a generous layer’ but I find that an amount the size of your thumb nail is more than enough. i wake up in the morning and my skin feels great and not at all dehydratedTo the reviews that are complaining about the cost: this jar has twice the amount than most, so double the cost of the one that you are comparing and you will find that the costs aren’t that different

« Great mask »

Great mask! A bit oily but my face is sooooo plumped and glowing next morning. Smells great. A little goes a long way. I would recommend anyone who interests in this buy the travel size. Even the travel size would last at least 3 months with 2-3 uses every week, and if you actually do the math, the big jar isn’t that much cheaper per oz. So with the travel size you get fresher product every couple months and no need to bite the big bullet all at once!

A friend of mine suggested this black tea mask, and i ordered it from sephora just to give a try.I just want to let you know that this mask is absolutely amazing! I wake up the second morning with a radiant, lifted, and suppled skin. I have used plenty of other brands of overnight mask, but Fresh Overnight Black Tea Mask has turned to be my favorite over all! I use it every night, it has been a week and i can see the obvious change of my skin, it is so much healthier than ever!

I purchased this having to idea if it was a waste or money or not... I actually ADORE IT ! The mask is not sticky at all, it feels very moisturizing even when I wake up in the morning. The smell is awesome (smells like bananas) but definitly not overpowering. 5 out of 5 !

« Broke me out »

I received a sample of this when I purchased some make up and was so intrigued by the texture of it. It’s very unusual feeling, sort of velvety and thick.It smells lovely and felt nice on the skin, but unfortunately the next morning I woke up with the biggest breakout I have ever experienced. My skin just didn’t like something in this mask. Very grateful I didn’t pay all that money for the full sized. Fresh is a lovely brand and I do like many of their other products, but this one unfortunately didn’t work out for me.

I broke out into a million pimples. I have dry skin with big pores. Within two days I woke up with hundreds of small bumps and pimples on my whole face. This product just sat on my skin all night and only came off when washing my face in the morning. It has corn oil which usually is bad for most skin types. It does smell nice though. This product just did not work for me.

I have to make one thing clear - as a woman in my 50’s, I am a firm believer that Retinol is my first line of defense for anti-aging. WITH THAT SAID - I use a good Retinol product 5-6 nights a week BUT once a week, I LOVE to use a great overnight mask.This Firming mask is prefect for my night of rest and recovery.I have terrible combination skin... and this hydrates all those dry patches without provoking a flareup of cystic acne.Once or twice a month, I do a light peel and can not use alcohol products or Retinol that night. So is also my ’peel night’ mask.Immediately I noticed on mask nights, that my skin looked smooth, bright and hydrated. After 2 months, my skin looks just as good even on non-mask nights.I know it is pricey - but for me - I am just using it 4-6 times a month. At this rate, I expect this jar to last about 6 months.

It did exactly what it said. Firming. I had to use it in the morning under concealer, and at night after washing my face. It firmed my neck and jawline . I was hoping it would help my smile lines and forehead but it didn’t. I will buy a second jar just to see where it takes me. I’m 44, Puerto Rican and Italian, yellow tan complexion, prone to red spots. Oily and dry skin.

I was nervous that I would wake up to find my sensitive and prone-to-redness skin raging after leaving this on all night. My pores are also a breeding ground for blackheads, so that was another concern about using this product after I felt how greasy and thick it is. I also wasn’t thrilled about some of the ingredients- fragrance, phenoxyethanol, and butylene glycol, a petroleum-derived organic alcohol. Not my favorites.Anyways, since I received a free sample, I went ahead and gave it a whirl last night despite my doubts. I coated my face generously with the thick and sticky substance, and was left with a very greased-up face. I was expecting it to eventually either absorb or “harden“, but nope. Wearing this mask will be a little inconvenient for side-sleepers as you try to avoid having the mask rub off and/or stick to your pillow case (which you will definitely want to wash the next day). But I managed, with some inconvenience, and was pleasantly surprised when I woke up. My redness was nearly non-existent, blackheads hadn’t erupted in my pores, and my skins texture seemed to have improved. No miraculous firming or lifting action happened, but maybe that comes with time.The price seems a little excessive to me, especially considering that I don’t think the ingredients have the highest integrity. Also, the “tub“ packaging leaves a lot of room for contamination and oxidizing that could compromise the product. I plan on grabbing a few more samples that I can squeeze 2-3 more uses out of, and if the results stay the same, then I would consider purchasing.

I have fine lines on my neck from genetics. I hate the way they look and nothing ever worked to get rid of them. This cream changed my life!!!! Omg it’s so good. My fine lines are barely non existent at this point, my family noticed it too. Get this cream!!!!!

This mask helped my skins flare ups. My skin is water sensitive so being able to put this mask on and keep it on without water or irritation of rubbing it off has helped with the redness and scales. Great for those with environmentally sensitive skin types. I have tried steroids and prescription strength medications and this mask help to calm and reduce redness and flare ups. Highly recommend. I am 32 and have suffered with some form of dermatitis since I was 20. Worth the price but apply it like u would a moisturizer. It’s not meant to be put on thick.If possible using a gel cleanser by Dermalogica or Bare Minerals Oil Cleansing elixir to wipe it off will protect the skins moisture barrier. Wonderful product. You just have to know your skin type. Consulting a professional can help u save time and money. Cheers!

By far the best night cream I’ve ever used! I know that it’s technically a mask, but I use it nightly after the Caudalie Overnight Recovery Oil and the combo is amazing. Good-bye dry skin! I have never used another product that feels like this...I think I gasped the first time it touched my skin! It is obviously pricey, but you get 3.3 ounces, twice the size of a standard moisturizer, so look at is as buying 2 for $41 a piece...pretty good deal for Fresh! For the reviews that say it’s too sticky to wear overnight, you do not need the amount that you would use for a traditional mask. apply as much as you would with a regular night cream and give it a little time before bed, just like a half hour. Try it, you’ll be hooked!
