Shave Pillow Moisturizing Body Gel

This product did not work out for me at all. It twists up and down way too easily, making for an uneven application to your legs, especially in the shower. Per the instructions, I applied generously and I did not enjoy the experience in the shower or out. This leaves a slimy, tacky film on your legs, even after rubbing it in. It easily gets caught in the razor blade, and I find myself having to rinse the blades much more often than when I use my less expensive (and better) shaving oil. Unfortunately, I ended up just throwing it away.

Ok, so I’m in LOVE with this! Over the years, I’ve switched from the drugstore gel shave cream to cleaner options which are normally just a cream consistency that doesn’t lather. Then I tried this! Such a game changer! It’s definitely a multipurpose product and it’s so easy to use. I hate shaving in the shower so this is nice bc it allows me to shave anywhere and I don’t have to rinse. I just swipe, use a little bit of water and massage (since I like a little lather), then shave. It’s the closest, smoothest shave ever! I just rub in what’s left on my skin and I have smooth glowy skin! The scent is also nice. It’s light and not overpowering…more floral to me than anything. Soooo good!

If you hate the feeling of shaving creams (you bet I do) you will LOVE this product. For the longest time I’ve been using bar soap to shave as it’s less messy, but dries out my skin. This product leaves a gel like consistency like bar soap, but is designed to be used to shave and is moisturising too. To those who have an aversion to fragrance, this product does have a fresh, spa-like smell. However it is quite mild and goes away when you shave the product off.

Wow, this is great! Works super well in wet and dry skin! I use this on my dry underarms and clean it off with a wet cloth! Super nice, and I feel super soft after using!

Love that I can use this out of the shower without water. Super Moisturizing on the skin. Love that i can do a quick shave without lather❤️

Definitely not worth buying unless your avid about shaving outside of the shower. It made my legs feel really oily, wet, and slippery which I really didn’t like. I had to get in the shower to wash of the film which totally made this product pointless since it’s supposed to help you save water. However it did help give a smooth shave which I did like. I would t use this again but I see the idea behind it.

I get ingrown hairs easily and my legs are usually fairly dry, but this has made them so much smoother. Even with a drugstore razor the shave has been closer, I have little to no ingrown hairs and it seems to moisturize my legs as well.

This is the first solid shaving cream I have ever used. Even though this was gifted to me by Hanni, I cannot say I would switch over to using something like this vs. conventional shaving cream/what I currently use because I find that this balm-like product collects in the razor when shaving (requiring somewhat frequent rinsing). I would only use this during the shower for that reason. This does however make for a great portable, travel-friendly solid moisturizer. My partner gets ashy-looking legs whenever he doesn’t apply moisturizer, and finds this product to be a quickly, effective, and long-lasting solution. It’s great for other dry spots too (like the back of the hands and/or elbows).All in all, I can’t say I would pay retail for this. I love what Hanni is doing by trying to go waterless, however it doesn’t really offer a better/more effective (or even comparable) solution to conventional shaving cream due to the razor easily getting clogged and requiring frequent rinsing.

I was intrigued by the “shave out of the shower“ advertising and finally bought it on Sephora. This is for sure a game changing product for me especially for a quick touch up. I do find that if i do a full shave, the razor does clog up and will require frequent rinse out to get that smooth shave. But overall this is def. a must have for my routine especially in the summer. Highly recommend!

This is such a cool product! It makes shaving stress free and easy to shave when you are on the go. It looks like a deodorant stick and applies just like deodorant. Once you shave, it leaves your skin soft and smooth without soap or anything! Gifted by Hanni.

Holy hotdogs I absolutely love this product. I originally got this product in the kit. This is the best product for my very busy and forgetful lifestyle. I always forget to shave my legs and underarms in the shower typically because I’m rushing on to the next project of the day. I love that you can use this product without water. It’s great for travel and busy lifestyles. I use this product almost all the time it makes shaving feel like less of a chore and more like a quick and easy step. I will definitely be repurchasing this item. I LOVE IT!!!

This works! Holy crap! I get the worst razor burn ever and when I used it I didn’t have any razor burn at all! The next time I shaved my legs i didn’t use this and of course I got razor burn again so I applied this to my legs like a moisturizer and when I woke up the next morning my legs looked so much better and didn’t hurt at all!

I love this stuff! The balm idea is so fun and easy to apply. And it really moistens up the skin for shaving! I honestly prefer to use this balm now instead of conditioner or shaving cream. The scent isn’t my favorite but it’s not so overpowering that it is in useable. Overall I am obsessed with this product.
