I rarely do reviews but it’s a must to do so for this one! My skin’s normal to oily on a regular day but during my pre-menstrual week, I tend to suffer from intense breakouts, acne-like allergies & rosacea where everything stings and my face is as red as it can get. I used to stop all my products during that week and just use cleanser to make sure my skin’s clean. (it stings!!) It used to be a hopeless case but when I got into the the skin step regimen of Koreans, I learned so much and my friend introduced me to this product and said it’s worth the hype. At first I was iffy because of the price since I didn’t want to disappoint and worsen my skin as I already gave up on this a long time ago.. However, I read articles about blue tansy being high in azulene that’s good for inflammations ++ and so I gave it a shot and can i just saw it was worth EVERY DOLLAR! The smell overwhelmed me at first, but when I got used to it.. It’s all good now. But wow, THIS IS A LIFE SAVER!!! 4 straight days of using (together with Foam Cleanser,Toner,Essence, Oil Treatments & Creams aka my normal regimen that I used to stop during the time of the month) and my irritated/itchy skin is as smooth as baby skin!! It goes well with the Ordinary’s Niacinamide serum too! My blemishes and redness subsided SO FAST!

Day 1: Blackheads on my nose diminished and pores were slightly smaller Day 2: Purge began. 1-2 spots that would constantly reappear in the past year came to a head and washed off the next morning Day 3: Blackheads 90% gone, skin appeared firmer and acne pigmentation improved significantly Day 4: skin looks 10x better than day 1.. near flawless. I have a lot of masks. I mean A LOT. I have this one, 6 different GlamGlow masks, the Boscia black mask, 3 masks from Fresh and a plethora of sheet masks and peels. THIS ONE IS THE BEST. By far. It clears up my skin without ever drying it out, evens skin tone and fades my annoying red spots and it actually feels nice and cooling while it’s on. Plus it’s not even as expensive as GlamGlow. Do yourself a favor and buy it.

It did help my skin and tightened my pores but the results weren’t revolutionary. Manage your expectations because after I read the reviews I was expecting completely new skin, which did not happen. If you have sensitive skin like me, this also burns like a mother for the first minute or so. I got scared that it was actually damaging my skin but it wasn’t. Still a very good mask but not a miracle worker.

first off. the people on here giving this one star because they don’t like the smell are absolutely ridiculous. SKINCARE SHOULD NOT SMELL GOOD! this mask absolutely works. it makes your skin radiant glowing and smooth. i have dry sensitive skin and i have never used a mask that made a noticeable difference after 1 use. does it smell like roses and rainbows? no. but what it does smell like is lots of natural skin changing ingredients. buy it. it works. if all you care about is smell than go rub some perfume on your face.

Holy heck this is my new holy grail. I bought this because the reviews were saying how incredible this product is, and I’ll have to agree. When used as directed (5 days in a row and then alternating days) this product works super well to surface acne and kill it. My face went from being a pizza-esque minefield to a silky smooth canvas. I’ve never been happier with a product. I tend to use this with the lapis oil as well.

I have been using this mask for about 3 weeks now and my skin is so clear!! I have aaaaalways, stress ALWAYS had issues with acne, and after a week and a half of using this I could already see the difference. It’s truly a miracle, since even the strongest of acne medications has not helped for long periods of time. I hope it continues to work as good as it has! It is even helping to fade the scars I have around my chin area. SO worth it, and will be repurchasing!!

unsure of how many stars to give because I used to love this product, but I believe the formula has changed. I’ve purchased this and used it up completely 2 or 3 times before and liked it a lot - when I was struggling with a particularly bad hormonal acne flare-up, this helped calm and heal my skin. It’s not a miracle product, it’s just better than a clay mask (which literally anything is), but nevertheless was something that worked well and I obviously liked enough to repurchase several times. Now I am all but certain the formula has changed and that they are skimping on blue tansy oil - this mask stains my skin blue, and it’s so difficult to remove the stain that I suspect some kind of dye (even if “natural“) is being used to make it appear to be more potent with blue tansy than it really is. Just from spreading the mask on my face, it immediately stained my fingers blue. My face is stained blue, didn’t wash off with cleanser and toner, and took until the next day to gradually fade. Really disappointed.

This mask is probably one of the only masks I’ve used that makes a difference in my skin right after using it! I have acne-prone, combo (mostly on the dry side) skin. I use this mask when I feel like my skin needs a good exfoliation after my skin starts flaking bc of all the acne products I use. It makes your skin feel nice and smooth and takes of all the surface dead skin so your pores can actually breathe! It’s not too harsh also! I also like using this mask before makeup so my foundation can go on nice and smooth! Totally repurchasing!

« Moldy!! »

I recently bought this mask and when it came I saw it was green from outside the container. When I opened it, it was this disgusting, opaque green! With flash on you could literally see the bacterial colonies growing in it. Absolutely disgusting. I reached out on the Sephora chat and the person I talked to was super helpful and got me a replacement. When my replacement came today, it was the exact same thing! (picture attached) It could just be the store I was ordering from, but I’m not taking any more chances. But props to Sephora for the great customer service.

By far one of the best masks I’ve ever used! And I’m a mask junkie. I was able to use this mask every day for 3-4 days and it didn’t irritate my skin- just made it glow and made my makeup look smoother!! Anytime my face feels disgusting, I do a 4 day dose of this and I’m good to go.

I have moderate acne, but severe scarring. I have to wear makeup every day to feel good about my skin. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to achieve clear skin again. I read all these amazing reviews but was skeptical seeing as how I have been doing facials and chemical peels and still have scars. How could this be any better? Well it is. I am one night into using it and 50% of the scarring is gone. And the pimples that wouldn’t head have cone to a head and are disappearing. If you struggle with acne and scars get this. It will change your life.

I exchanged the Good Genes Lactic Acid treatment for this mask yesterday. I found the GG too harsh and what I initially thought was purging turned out to be small pimples and one huge zit due to the highly pore clogging combo of Cetearyl Alcohol Ceteareth 20. I used it for about a week. Needless to say I was annoyed and wasn’t expecting much due to the mixed reviews here. I tried this mask last night for 20 minutes. I applied with a clean flat foundation brush in a thin layer and experienced some mild tingling, it easily came off with warm water and a damp wash cloth, the scent is medicinal, but nothing cloying. I followed with my serum and moisturizer. This morning I didn’t experience a WOW factor, but when I did my makeup later in the day I actually was like WOW. GG left my skin parched and flakey. Today my skin is hydrated and smooth. My makeup felt like it glided on my skin. (After my usual morning routine of serum, moisturizer, primer and SPF) Before this mask it took forever to make my foundation look smooth and natural. Which is why I set off find something to help and ended up in a GG nightmare! I will take gentle and hydrating any day. BTW I have normal to dry, sensitive, acne prone skin. I’m no spring chicken either-- mid forties. I will continue to use this as directed. Happy masking!

I have always battled oily and blemished skin, but throughout this winter I’ve experienced a ton of dry, flaky skin, with periods of my usual oilyness. I’ve only just started using this (they recommend using 4 days in a row then 3-4x a week); I’ve now used it a total of 5 times and am getting endless compliments on how glowing my skin is. I’m HOOKED. It’s a little tingling to start but then goes away (I don’t have sensitive skin). Goes on as a clear gel. Would recommend this mask over + over + over again!

I have struggled with acne consistently for the last 13 years. I have tried EVERYTHING with little to no improvement. This product worked wonders for my skin. I’ve been using Blue Tansy 3-4 times per week for about 3 weeks and during that time, have not seen any new blemishes pop up. Old blemishes are disappearing, and I’ve even noticed improvement in some of the stubborn scarred areas. Not only that, but the texture of my skin is soft, smooth, and oil-free (but not dry). Would absolutely recommend.
