I got a sample from Nordstrom’s and it lasted me more than a week. I used it morning and night- I’ve been SEARCHING for a good moisturizer that’s cruelty free, and actually effective without making me break out, and without instantly absorbing and being worthless. I got juice beauty and it was a bust, Sunday riley, same, I do also like the bare minerals buttter cream. But this cream is light and silky- it actually does have silk in it so it’s not technically cruelty free. However it seemed to make my face look better. I’m 40 and I need all the help I can get! Seemed to make it more glowy somehow. I’m purchasing the smaller size on another site . Highly recommend!

I have never tried this brand but after trying can say that it is very effective and premium quality products. I totally love the packing and hygiene concept of the dispenser, The lid pops off and it has a push down dispenser which the perfect amount comes out each time. The cream is lightweight with light citrusy scent. It absorbs well into the skin and doesn’t have leave oily residue behind. My fine lines and wrinkles are less visible now. I love the fact that it is free of parabens.I have combo skin type and this works very well with my skin type. After initial use my skin was hydrated, smooth, radiant and a little more plump. After 7 days used exclusively, I could not be happier. My skin is brighter with a more even skin tone. Highly recommend trying out this!

This product was gifted by Kate Somerville for review purposes. I had high expectations for the product because I’ve loved many of Kate Somerville’s products and frankly, the price tag on this product is definitely high. Because it is an anti-aging cream that targets dryness, I definitely expected a thicker consistency, something a little richer than what it was. I haven’t been using this product for that long so I can’t really speak to how effective it is at firming the skin and such, but I have to say that from the handful of times I have used this product, I wasn’t blown away. Even if it is doing something, it’s not very noticeable in my opinion. It feels nice on the skin and it does well at moisturizing, but there are other moisturizers that can check that box too. Overall, I’m not sure this is worth the price.

Like other reviewers have said, this product is heavily fragranced and despite the high price tag, there is nothing spectacular about it. Texture is like any other standard moisturizer (lotiony) and I saw no improvement in my skin after using for 1.5 months. I have combination skin and struggle with texture and dehydration.

I instantly see the difference in the visibility of the fine lines around my mouth with this serum gifted by Kate Somerville! I was honestly starting to feel self conscious about aging and Kate Somerville saved me! I instantly noticed within the first week how my pores were smaller and my fine lines diminished! And my skin is smooth and dewy!!

This cream clogged my pores, leaving sprays of white heads across my cheeks and forehead—and you can see my other reviews to know that I’m now in my mid-30s with no issues with acne (teen or adult). I was gifted this in PR, and happy I never spent $120 on this cream. A reviewer below had the same concerns as I did: the great “actives“ like HA or Peptides are very low on the ingredient list, where as dimethicone (a silicone) is the 3rd. That’s is likely causing my clogged pores.Similarly, there’s a very strong fragrance. To me, it smells like papaya, which is nice! but I really dislike heavy fragrance so close to my eyes and nose. I can see why this is in the luxury skincare category—the packaging is particularly excellent—but this is not a luxury skincare product, unfortunately. This actually feels a bit like a fashion house’s skincare brand, which haven’t we all learned by now is more marketing than materials?

I received this product for review, and I was curious to try a product that promised “you’ll see improved skin texture & firmness with diminished fine lines & wrinkles in just one week,“ since most products take a long time to show their effects (weeks or months). I do see some smoothing, but it’s gone when I wash this cream off my face.Note that it has a VERY strong fragrance that lingers, even after you wash it off. I really hated the fragrance, so much so that I couldn’t wear this for more than an hour or two before running to double-wash my face. So I can’t speak to the long-term results you might get if you tolerate the smell and texture, only the first couple of hours of wear at morning and night.I assume the wash-off results are because it’s relying on dimethicone as the 3rd ingredient, per their website: “Aqua/Water/Eau, Cetearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone...“ The hyaluronic acid doesn’t show up until halfway down the ingredients list, as Sodium Hyaluronate. I’m guessing the peptide complex would be the various oils they list, also halfway down the ingredients list. In any case, these are in pretty small concentrations based on their positioning.But what about results? This cream goes on smoothly, but it leaves my face feeling slick like a silicone primer does. It sort of soaks in over several minutes, but not fast enough that I feel like my pillow case is safe. Nor does it really work well with makeup (oddly, since silicone primers usually work for me).Overall, there are far better products in this price range (and cheaper). This is one of my least favorite I’ve ever tested, due to the smell and slick texture.

Wow! I never expected results this fast! In just 2 weeks I’m seeing smaller pores, reduced fine lines and wrinkles (I’m 40), and my skin just feels so smooth! KateCeuticals Total Repair Cream was gifted to me by Kate Somerville. I use it twice a day and my skin is softer and more hydrate. Love the packaging, how hygienic it is because of the pump applicator. It’s Fast absorbing and not greasy. It has work on calming the irritation around the jaw.

first i have to say, the fragrance is so strong. i can definitely smell it hours later when wearing a mask, it kind of smells like fake cherry blossoms (but not in the best way). that being said, it is a pretty decent morning moisturizer because it is smoothing and reduces texture, but that is most likely due to dimethicone being the third ingredient, which will fill in pores and smooth out skin. would probably not recommend for nighttime use or for acne prone skin

I used this KateCeuticals Total Repair Cream applied over top of the KateCeuticals Firming Serum. I am really happy with the consistency of this Cream and am thrilled that it didn’t leave a sticky residue behind. It absorbed so quickly and leaves my skin feeling super soft and hydrated. It has a slight, pleasant fragrance upon application but it quickly dissipates. This cream feels very nice on the face. My skin feels so soft and moisturized. It has light citrusy scent. I love the way it dispenses, very hygienic not letting any air get inside and contaminate the cream. You don’t touch the cream with your hand in the jar. It dispenses with the pump. But don’t push too much, a lot of cream will come out. It’s genius packaging! The texture of the cream is light, whipped. It absorbs very quickly and my skin feels hydrated. I love the ingredients in this cream as well and luxurious packaging. After I applied this cream I feel like it’s working. My skin feels tighter and I have a little tingle. Gifted by Kate Somerville

When you become a consumer of anti-aging cosmetics, you are not only looking at the beautiful packaging, but already evaluating its composition. a peptide-based moisturizer that improves the appearance - good, I was looking for you. my dehydrated skin is prone to dryness and flaking, you want to drink enough water to revitalize it, but no, it doesn’t work.
