I have severe rosacea. My face flares up with sun , coffee, smoking, hot showers, wine, stress and skincare (habits I love). I bought this during a really weird rash on my face. I placed this in my fridge and have been using it every night. Two nights in and the rash is completely gone and I’ve noticed my flare ups have been controlled and my complexion is less red. This is a MUST if your rosacea flares up a lot!!!!!

Love this hydrating face mask. I have very oily skin and I am acne and inflammation prone and this face mask doesn’t make me break out or make me red and puffy and doesn’t increase the amount of sebum my face produces like some hydrating products do. I like to use this face mask after I use the skin ceuticals clay mask and it’s also good in conjunction with pure jojoba oil. If you use a clay mask to remove impurities, cover your face in jojoba and dermplane the peach fuzz and dead skin away then finish with this mask your face will be transformed. Baby soft soft healthy looking skin guaranteed.

As someone with sensitive skin but also a big fan of chemical exfoliation, sometimes I end up quite red and irritated. This has helped so much: I use my acid products, then lather on the face mask for 20 min and boom, redness is significantly reduced and I have no discomfort. I also have allergic skin and will occasionally get hives and this does wonders for that too! Check the before and after pics (they don’t even do full justice on showing how red I was initially)

LOVE this mask. I’ve tried so many other calming masks whenever I have dry patches pop up on my face, but so far this has been the only one to give me any relief. It does smell a little like my cousin’s kit and caboodle from back in the day, but I guess that’s just a nice little bit of nostalgia.

I can no longer enjoy this after they changed the formula. The former was a clear, jelly like cream with petals that was beautiful and calming. This is a hot mess. Returned. Oh well…

The Calendula mask is a holy grail for me. I was healing from dermatitis bumps and tried everything for a moth and a half. I didn’t think this was going to work and planned on returning it without even opening it cause I changed my mind. But I said what the heck let me try if since it’s here. I left it on probably longer than I should have and when I washed it off the redness from the bumps were GONE and I swear some of the bumps were gone. I was staring at my face for so long still skeptical cause I couldn’t believe that this product out of everything else I tried worked. Definitely not returning. This mask gives me more confidence to maybe start exfoliating again

Calendula is a natural anti-inflammatory ingredient, and it’s great for my ultra sensitive acne prone skin type. I first started using this mask when I had a terrible Perioral dermatitis flare up, and it really helped control the redness and the inflammation. Now I still use it from time to time to soothe and hydrate my skin. When I feel a little a sunburnt or red, I know to reach it in the fridge!

This is hands-down the best face mask I’ve ever used. I especially love it in the summer when I get a little too much sun. It soothes and hydrates my skin like nothing else. Love it!!

I love to use this after clay masks, it calms my skin down. It feels great going on; it’s soothing, cool and hydrating. Smell is amazing. Really good working mask.

I am a firm believer in Kiehl’s masks, so when this dropped I was eager to try it out. WOW! This is everything I wanted for a soothing, skin restoring formula. Easy to apply and rinsed off easily enough with warm water. Only a slight scent, which I was grateful for because I am not an aloe fan. I’ve tried many other masks similar to this from other brands and can genuinely say this is the most pleasant user experience I’ve had.I was shocked at how 10 minutes with the mask made my face look lovely! My redness had decreased, even around active breakout sites, and my skin felt smooth and plump. Definitely a great one to do before an event as it makes you look like you’ve already got a layer of foundation on!My combo to dry MASSIVELY SENSITIVE skin loved this, and I think it would do great on oily skin as well. My mom, who has extremely dry skin, liked this but said that she preferred the avocado mask from this brand when asked to pick the two. Regardless, we agreed this was worth the buy!

I have rosacea and lupus. This helps my skin calm down and reduce inflammation by a lot. Highly recommend

This is such an underrated product! Only 39 reviews! I absolutely adore this mask. When you first put it on it’s sooo soothing and cooling, it feels like you’re at the spa. After you take it off your skin is so soft and calm. I cannot say enough good things about this mask. I have rosacea and this mask is my #1 when I’m looking for some relief

I am very happy with this product. I have had dermatits issues and sensitive skin my whole life. I apply this after the Dennis Gross Gentle Alpha Beta daily peel. It is truly amazing it calms the skin. After rubbing it in and rinsing, my skin feels baby soft. As others suggested, if you keep it in the fridge, even better!

It calmed my skin after a pretty bad sunburn. It feels great going on; it’s soothing, cool and hydrating (think fresh aloe vera without the sliminess). Not a holy grail, but definitely a must for irritated skin.
