Hydration Replenish Microencapsulated Plumping Gel Moisturizer

I bought this out of curiosity and it says rose, but man is it good!!!!! Love the feeling while i applied, love how it makes the skin glow and the glow stayed for over 6 hours on me. With no makeup. Yes its a bit tacky at the beginning, but hey, the way it smells, feels and looks even after hours, totally worth it even with a little tacky effect!!! I am not any influencer neither was I sponsored. Trust me and get it, it will change everything! This picture was at the end of the day about 6 hrs after application. Still glowing!

« Sensitive/dry skin beware »

This gave me tiny little bumps all over my face after the first use. Its heavily scented and not at all suitable for sensitive skin. I’m sad because it does seem plumping and hydrating but definitely not for sensitive or dey skin

There is very little product in this very heavy container lol. I guess I should have took them more seriously for calling it Mini. I have very dry skin, especially in the winter, and this seems to do nothing. It feels very liquid and like it sits on the skin and then dries without doing very much. The little beads don’t seem to add much to this.

I switched to the entire Rose Inc. skincare line (toner, serum, moisturizer) two weeks ago. I’ve seen pretty great improvement in the evenness of my skin tone, my skin feels softer and my face maintains a nice glow throughout the day, but somehow it doesn’t provide enough moisture on its own. My skin has been flaking. I plan to add in an overnight cream to layer on top to see if that helps, but depending on your skin type and goals this may not cut it on it’s own.

So disappointed! I love Rosie HW and the reviews made me think this product was a holy grail. It does nothing for my skin. I think it even made it drier and sticky. It feels like it’s from the Pixi brand at target. Way overpriced and completely underwhelming. Doesn’t do anything - much less anything groundbreaking. It’s so bad I wouldn’t even give it someone else to use.

I paired this with the rose inc tinted serum and it looks beautiful BUT if you have really dry skin like me this one product won’t hold you over on days where you wear nothing but moisturizer. Upon first applying it it feels wet and you think wow this’ll do it and then the capsules burst and even more hydration given! But then it absorbs and dries down into the skin and like I said, some areas on my skin just need a little more. I think this would be amazing on someone with normal skin.

« Didn't Live Up to the Promises »

The promises of this product never came. It was tacky and sticky after application and it made me break out quickly after the first few uses. I powered through. I really wanted to like this product because I totally wanted to benefit in the promises! :( I used up my other moisturizer fast so I can use this one but I’ll be going back to my other moisturizer which was cheaper btw.

This texture is unmatched. It leaves your skin dewy like an oil but not weighed down. Very hydrating! My skin is noticeably brighter when I use this. I also like the idea of the ingredient micro-encapsulation to help with stability, I’d like to think it makes a difference & that’s why my skin is bright after application, well done!

I’ve been using Rose Inc products for about 6 months now. I can never again live without this moisturizer. It’s so hydrating and my skin glows! There is no oil residue. I personally like the dewy aesthetic. If you do not, then you will not appreciate this moisturizer.

Rose Inc’sHydration Replenish Microencapsulated Plumping Gel Moisturizer truly took me by surprise when I first opened the jar. The texture is simply luxurious as the cooling gel-like texture has these beautiful microbeads. While gel moisturizers aren’t my preference for the colder, winter weather, this delivered on a hydrated and luminous finish. It did not have any residual feeling and was lightweight while absorbing into the skin quickly.

I recently purchased this product after going through a week long obsession on researching ingredients. I have oily acne-prone skin and now fine lines/aging are also on my radar. I discovered the moisturizer I had been using a couple times a week had comedogenic ingredients. I had just used up the bottle and was due for a new one anyway. I’m so glad I came across Rosie’s YouTube channel and her product line that specifically highlights non-comedgenic ingredients as this is a huge concern of mine. It is still a touch difficult to relate to her but I find it easier than most other celebs and their skincare/makeup/perfume, etc lines that they come out with. She seems pretty down-to-earth considering. I also relate to the difficulties she says she’s had with her skin which enticed me to try her line. So far, I am very impressed. The gel texture of this moisturizer is light and upon application provides a nice glow without any weight or greasiness. I’ve only used it at night so far but I love the feeling of it. I have not used it long-term but so far am really enjoying it. I typically shy away from hydrating products but this one just feels right. If you have similar concerns to mine, I encourage you to try this! It is a slightly steep price point but worth it in my opinion. I can’t wait to try the toner next!

I really like this moisturizer. It’s really helped the texture of my skin smooth out and evened out/brightened my skin tone. My only complaint is that it makes my skin super super oilier. I already struggle with oily skin but combined with the weather being hot and cold and then hot again in the south, the oil is just dripping off my face at this point. Other than that, I really love the results of this moisturizer! Maybe I can find an spf that’s mattifying? Something other than Murad cuz it pills haha.
