« Does what it claims to do »

I bought this on a whim while at Sephora last weekend. My skin has been looking quite dull and dry recently, despite having a somewhat oily T-zone. This definitely WORKS and does what it claims to do. I don’t even know how, but the hydration from this mask lasts for a good while. My skin looks so hydrated and glowy, and it’s now Monday and I’ve washed my face a few times already. Definitely get this.

I received the one in Matcha Tea which is suppose to mattify the skin and reduce imperfections. The fit of the mask just looked ridiculous on me. I am going to say I looked like a sea monster with it on. Good thing I masked after my kiddos went to sleep because they would have been terrified. The fit of the mask was just too large for my small round face. I had to smush the mask just so it could somewhat fit on. I have tried other mask before but I felt like this one in particular was just was too huge. When using this mask, it does say to leave it on for 5 minutes and then you can massage the excess into the skin and there is no need for washing. I have dry/combo skin and have never massaged in the excess mask serum and left it on my face because my skin gets irritated. Not even having the mask on for a minute, I sensed something wasn’t right because I felt a tingling sensation, luckily not burning. I made sure to take the mask off after 5 minutes was up and rinsed it off my face in fear my skin would start getting angry at me and then proceeded with my normal skincare routine. Before I went to bed, I did notice that my face which usually looks hydrated and glowy looked more matte. Overall, this mask definitely was not for me.

This was part of a value set that I tried. I would recommend this mask highly. It is amazing and is now a fave. My face felt wonderful afterwards.

i used this mask once when i was experiencing hormonal breakouts and i was SO shocked because when i took it off my acne was minimized! i’ve never had that instantaneous result from a mask before and i couldn’t be happier!

« Not for sensitive skin »

I haven’t bought a Sephora brand sheet mask in a while but I decided to try this one. Within seconds I could feel my face starting to tingle, nothing unusual as my skin runs on the sensitive side but within two minutes my face was burning. My skin was bright red where the mask had been. Luckily once I rinsed all the serum extra off my face felt better but definitely disappointed with this one.

I haven’t had a breakout this bad in years. I normally steer clear of Sephora collection skincare but I picked this one up one day. I only really use paulas choice and I didn’t change anything in my routine other than trying this mask and my face got so angry

This mask smells toxic and feels like I just rubbed menthol all over my face. Will not buy again.

LOVEDDDDD ITTTT. Not to dry not to wet just amazing. I bought it at my local Sephora and decided to do it. So glad I bought it. Did it with a friend. We had a blast. Thank you so much! Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

« dewy skin, but update the scent of pineapple »

The smell of this mask is not like pineapple. It actually smells more like gasoline. I sneezed once when putting it on but just got used to it. I left it on for hours instead of 5 minutes because why not? It helps me relax and the more benefit, the merrier. It does make your skin really dewy and did not give me any breakouts (my current ones actually reduced!) as I have been experiencing maskne. Even my mother noticed that my skin looked so much better the next day (even though I didn’t sleep). I removed one star for the smell because even though it didn’t bother me in the long run, I hope they change it. The Keep on Masking mask holder I purchased from Sephora Collection is said to allow for deeper penetration of products and you can read my review on that product because it is a tight fit.

« Great for My Maskne! »

Lately, my skin has been irritated in spots from the constant mask wearing so I went to sephora and asked for a sheet mask to help. This grapefruit one was suggested. It absolutely reduced the redness and puffiness of the bumps! I am very happy with the immediate results. For me, it did have a little tingle while on but not uncomfortable, just a tingle. I am very glad I bought a few and will be using them a couple of times a week.

I used to LOVE Sephora masks. They’ve since changed the product and this new formula SUCKS. No longer cooling, refreshing, invigorating, relaxing - now annoying, irritating, sticky, uncomfortable. Also the eye holes are way too small (and I have average to small eyes to begin with.). N will not be buying again.

The smell of this mask is absolutely disgusting. It smells like a mans over powered cologne, which I know some people may like but for a “95% natural” skin care mask it was not pleasant. I feel like I’ve now wasted $7 because after opening it I immediately threw it out that’s how overpowering the smell is. Yuck!

I got a variety of these on sale. So far I have only tried pineapple, but wow I’m amazed. It does exactly what it says it does. My chin had broken out so badly I thought I had damaged the skin barrier and needed a dermatologist. As a last effort I tried this mask and within 24 hours, my skin is more than 60% renewed, even scars faded and fresh scabs peeled right off. I was able to easily extract all the junk that weeks of extensive oil cleansing couldn’t unclog. The pores released all the sebum with little to no effort or stress on my skin. Hooked.I love that there is enough serum to reapply at least once or twice. I have combination skin. Did not dry out my skin or make it an oily mess. It feels so soft the day after.

« Holy Grail Sheet Mask »

The lychee face mask is my absolute favourite sheet mask!! I don’t know what is in this stuff but it’s magic. I used to buy these in Sephora in Poland, before they became available in Canada and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I always use during long-haul flights and especially after travelling a lot. I also use them any time my face feels dry or dull; they seriously cure anything. After I use one, my face immediately feels more hydrated and glowy.I’m always so scared of them being discounted, so I always make sure I’m stocked up on these!!I’ve tried pretty much every other sheet mask from the Sephora collection line, but this one is hands down my favourite!
