I don’t consider myself a tanning professional but I love using this product. I exfoliate my body with a coffee exfoliant, then I hydrate my body with body butter. I then apply this product using a tanning glove and the product applies wonderfully. it’s my favorite so far. however, I only use it on the body. as for the face, I prefer to use the drops of Isle of paradise. (sorry for my english, i am french)

I love the st tropez express tanner. It gives me great color (I’m naturally very fair) and it does it fast! I love that I can wash it off and not have to sit around and be sticky for 8 hours. I rated this 4 stars because I prefer the mousse version- the gel was much stickier and took longer to dry.

« St. Tropez Does it Again! »

Great express tan! I used to use the classic mousse formula, but the gel is much more moisturizing and longer lasting. That being said, it doesn’t dry down so you can’t really put clothes on or sit anywhere until you wash it off. It’s also easier to create streaks so if you’re new to self tanning I would recommend the mousse over this one.

This tanner is amazing! I love that it’s moisturizing and it really works. I prefer it over the foam because this is easier to spread around and it makes my skin feel amazing after.

I’m using to much it strikes a lot and it dry slowly I prefer the foam and it not last more than 2 day. I really love the foam tho! Easier to apply ! In two times I have almost finish the whole bottles ! With the foam it last me more than 10 times!

Was really intimidated by the dark color of this gel at first, as I am very pale, but it was very easy to blend and creates a beautiful, natural color! It’s nowhere near as thick as their mousse, which I really liked. It also does not have a strong smell that just lingers like so many self tanners. I don’t usually use the mitts, meaning I end up with stained hands, but not this time! It washed right off my hands with no lingering color. Within a couple hours, I had a beautiful tan. This has become my new fave st tropez product!

« PERFECT COLOUR & NOT STREAKY »

Definitely the BEST self tanner I’ve tried. Better than Jergens and the Sephora spray on (which I love the colour but can be streaky). This may look streaky when you first apply it with the mitt and it may look like you missed some spots but once it washed off it was GORGEOUS. Also, yeah there is a slight self-tanner smell but it is not overpowering. Used with the mitt and works like a dream!!! Would recommend 2-3 hours before rinsing.

I love this product. I bought it with the mitt. First time using both products. I highly recommend both. The gel went on so smoothly. My legs had an instant glow from the bronzer and felt super moisturized even after showering off the gel. I’m very light skinned and left the gel on for 2 hours. The color is beautiful and natural. That’s not easy to find with my light skin. I’m so happy with both products. Worth every penny!

This is my fave self tanner, the fact it has hyaluronic acid speaks volume on quality. I mix a bit into my moisturizer and apply it on my face as bam I’m glowing the next morning from head to toe

I’d like to start by saying I am not an overly pale girl... this product looks amazing while the product is settling into your skin. Once you rinse it off, the tan goes with it (of course). However - I have been waiting 30 hours now and there is still no tan. I exfoliated and moisturized the day before, moisturized any dry areas a couple hours before, left on for 3.5 hours, did not use soap when rinsing. I did everything accordingly however I am very disappointed with this colour. I look no different. :( would not recommend.

So far I have used this 6 times. It goes on easy with the mitt and hasn’t been streaky. Fades evenly within 5-7 days. Only complaint is the formula stays sticky until you wash off the guide color after the suggested 1-3 hours, makes me worry it’ll rub off but that hasn’t been the case so far.

I just got it and I’m totally satisfied! I wait 3 hours before shower and the colour is perfect, just enough, not to much. I used the St-Tropez mitt, no streaks and my skin is soooooo soft, love that product!

This lasts about 3 days at most, and definitely isn’t worth it for the price. It can get really streaky, even with a mitt and it takes forever to dry. The colour is nice but that’s about it.

Best self tanner I have tried. Goes on evenly even on hands and feet/ankles. Is moisturizing but does not smell good.

Every time I use this product it actually does nothing, which is super disappointing!! Ugh I feel bad writing a bad review but I regret buying this :( i have tried to use this so many times with different amounts/times and nothing seems to work. if you have a light-medium skin tone like me it may not show up.
