« Great, but not for everyday »

When I first saw this I absolutely loved the packaging, name and ingredients but I held off because all the reviews were 100% positive and given free product (which is sketchy to me) but I bought it anyway because I’m a sucker for skincare lol. This cream is great, it’s lightweight but deeply hydrating (feels like a hydrating overnight mask), brightening, my skin looks great while using this. My only complaint is that it has an exfoliant in it (which I didn’t realize before I bought it) in the form of pineapple enzyme (bromelain). It’s not a bad thing per say, and it is very gentle and effective, but I bought this with the intention to use it everyday (morning and night) and I can’t do that with an exfoliating product. If you don’t mind that or you don’t mind using this just a couple times a week, pick this up, its amazing. I just wish I could use it all the time.

Omg this is my new holy grail moisturizer after years of searching! I’m an esthetician so trust me when I say I’ve tried more products than most people will own in their lifetime and I still couldn’t find the perfect gel moisturizer that hydrated me and left with a beautiful dewy glow plus it’s fragrance free!?!?! « rehydrate!! »

This is AMAZING! I’m so happy I found this product during winter. My skin is sensitive to all moisturizers and will break out, so I was trying to find a light weight gel based one. So happy this was just released, I woke up with the softest most hydrated skin ever. MUST BUY!

« Nice but not Necessary »

I really loved this moisturizer but I think there is a dupe for it which is the Neutrogena Hydro Boost moisturizer. They both are gel like and feel very lightweight on the skin which is perfect for this summer. I would definitely repurchase this but since I love the hydro boost just as much I’ll buy that instead because it’s only $16 compared to this which is $50+. If you want a more luxury skin care essential then this is definitely the best product to include!!

« My new favorite! »

I use drunk elephant protini and biossance omega repair cream and mind you I still love those moisturizer but this one is my new favorite. I jist recently started using farmacy gel moisturizer which I do love as well but fell that its too light of a moisturizer for me. This one allowed my skin to breathe and gave it a soft look and plum feel. I have never felt such a instant affect from a moisturizer before. Glad I could add this into my skin care!

« Doesn’t live up to the hype for me. »

I have most of the Summer Fridays products and like them, but this is just not it for my skin right now. I don’t think it’s hydrating enough for Northeast winters or evening skincare. I think it is nice under makeup and will feel luxurious on the skin in the summer so I’ll put it away to try again until it gets warmer. It also burns my lips if I get any on them so I try to be careful. Quite surprised by all the 5 star reviews. For reference I have sensitive, combo skin.

I have more moisturizers than I can count from drug store to high end but as soon as I saw this I had to get it. It did not disappoint! It comes with a spatula which is awesome and it’s a good size for the price. In the jar it has a bouncy smooth feeing and upon application it feels so dewy and soft on the skin. It soaks into the skin and doesn’t leave any greasy feeling or residue. It plays well with other skincare as well, I have used it with the following with no pilling or issues with absorbency: the ordinary glycolic toner, the Ordinary serums (HA, Niacinamide, Lactic acid, buffet,) Good molecules overnight serum, Sunday Riley retinol as well as Luna and good genes. Which sometimes with chemical exfoliates or retinol I experience pilling but it with this!! I have also used it with Estée Lauder advanced night recovery complex Saturday skin and cerave eye cream with no issues. But with all that said, this moisturizer alone is also amazing as I use it without anything else in the morning and my skin is so soft and supple my hubby says my skin looks like I’m glowing! It has a super delicate smell that doesn’t irritate my skin and doesn’t linger after application as well. I didn’t experience any breakouts or feel greasy the next day. It makes my skin feel hydrated, smooth, and healthy all day without reapplying. I store this in my skincare fridge and it’s such a treat to feel the cool gel on my skin every time I use it and when I work it into my skin it melts right in and absorbs beautifully. I have combo skin and this keeps my dryness moisturized without feeling heavy or making my t zone oily. This wonder has been especially dry and cold and this moisturizer saves my skin from feeling like the Sahara. Sorry for such a long review but I tried to include everything I would want to know prior to purchasing lol. Anyways, just go for it and buy it you won’t regret it and it’s so with the money given the amount and how you don’t need a lot. Hope I helped! xx

« Amazing but not for my sensitive acne prone skin. »

I wanted to love it. It felt great in the skin, a little goes a long way and it made my makeup look flawless (blurred the skin and its imperfections) and hold better. However, both times I used it, it gave me white heads and little red bumps. So sad.

« Take it from a moisture queen! »

I am definitely a moisturizer critic! I can’t ever find one that covers my dryness, and doesn’t break me out... this one is all that AND has clean ingredients. Highly suggest this one!

« Morning Moisturizer Must-have »

This is the gel cream of all gel creams and the perfect addition to my AM skincare routine. The light weight gel cream texture glides smoothly onto the skin and absorbs instantly into the skin, making my skin instantly feel soft and plump. My skin is left healthy, dewy (not greasy) and hydrated throughout the day. For reference, I have combination, acne prone skin.

This gel cream is honestly amazing. My skin feels like butter and it’s super moisturized. Because it’s a gel cream, you also don’t need a lot and I love that it came a little spatula to scoop out the perfect amount. It absorbs really well and my skin looks like it has highlighter on it but it’s just the glow. Love it, will repurchase for sure.

I received a gift care to select a product of my choice to review. I really liked the idea of this moisturizer, and I really enjoyed it for the first 2 ish weeks. However, after a while, I realized that the moisturizer wasn’t doing much to help my skin when it was breaking out or irritated. I think that if you aren’t sensitive or acne prone this could be a great moisturizer. I also think that it would be a better daytime moisturizer for someone with dry skin than a nighttime moisturizer for someone with norma;/oily skin like me.

« Not dewy at all, it’s the »

I bought this after watching Mariana hewitts video and demo on Instagram, it made her skin so dewy and that’s what I wanted! I also bought her serum to go with it, which also is supposed to create a dewy look. Both Products not dewy at all! But keeps skin soft! I’m realizing that these rich influencers most likely get a bunch of Botox, therefore making their skin shinny to begin with. So not sure if the product is actually giving her skin the dewiness! Going to return unfortunately!

I have oily skin and gel cream doesn’t work too well but this one is not sticky and really smooth and melts into my skin! Favourite product from them for sure

2.5/5Wanted to love this because packaging is cute and I prefer gel/cream moisturizers. When I tested the moisturizer it felt cool and hydrating on the back of my hand. However, it tends to burn and irritates my skin when I apply it in the morning. It has also made my my face look like an oily monster by 2pm. (For reference: it was the only thing I had changed in my skincare routine. I tried it on and off, and used it only in the morning) I want my morning moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated, and my skin seemed to dry out more. If you have/can tolerate SF products, then I suggest trying on a sample first. However, but if you have sensitive skin, I would suggest staying away from this particular product and grabbing something more soothing and hydrating.
