« Improved facial redness/mild rosacea »

I have facial redness/mild rosacea and spent close to a year searching for a moisturizer to help. This is THE BEST I have found. I use this at night and my face is noticeably less red in the morning, when used consistently. It only took a few days using a store sample to notice this effect. I bought the full bottle in the VIB sale to help with the cost. I’ve been using for 4 months and the bottle is close to halfway gone and I’m still loving it. If you have facial redness like me I highly recommend you try this. Dont let negative reviews from people with other needs deter you. I’m actually kind of sad to see this reviewed so poorly because its changed my appearance so much and I wish more people with my same problems were aware of how this could help them. I don’t mind the smell at all. Smell is a personal preference and this doesn’t deserve negative reviews because of that. It does have a thin consistency but I find it to be just as or more hydrating than some other thicker moisturizers. For me it is all about quality ingredients that affect the skin positively, and this delivers that in a way unlike any other for me. I am so happy I found this and will keep buying!

« not great for dry skin »

my skin felt dry after I used the product. i love the smell and i love tata harper products but this one was not great for dryish middle aged skin. i wanted the product to feel richer going on.

I really had high hopes for this product, as I’ve read rave reviews about all things Tata Harper. This is my first TH purchase and not cheap, so I expected great results. I would classify this as a very light moisturizer with a fresh scent. It’s very thin and not super moisturizing - not what I’d expect for “dry, mature skin“. My skin feels dry after I apply this lotion, and I see no improvement at all - it’s been about 3 weeks. Disappointing.

I LOVE THIS STUFF. If you have rosacea this stuff is for you with the cleanser and the floral mist. I am telling you I use most of her line. It has helped me so much and I have tried other natural organic products that did work but this one deffinetly worth the money!!! It hydrates and doe not leave my face glossy like other oils do. It smells wonderful. i see a lot of people complaining of smell i think they are nuts this smell is like flowers very earthy and calming. Guess they like chemical smells. Awesome product !!!!

It doesn’t make sense that the people writing negative reviews about the scent, are also the same people that want a natural product. You’re not going to get a unicorn perfume scent and have it be “natural”. The scent isn’t bad, but if you’re used to perfumed moisturizers, then you’re not going to like this. If the light scent bothers you, then you don’t want a natural product. Go buy the cheap fragrance-filled products that you’re used to instead. This moisturizer works fantastic on all skin types but is exceptionally great on aging skin. I’ve been using essential oils on my skin for years and some of the oils smell like wet towels, but that’s what nature smells like sometimes. You can’t always have it both ways. I took off a star because I do agree that the price point is ridiculous, and that’s why I always wait for a sale to splurge on this.

« A waste of my money »

I was looking forward to using this product, but have been disappointed from the get go.The packaging was mediocre, and for a company which promotes eco-friendliness, there was certainly a lot of paper/card packaging.The directions suggested a one pump use for the face, I needed three to four for my face, neck and décolleté. The spread of the product is not very good at all, hence the need to use a couple more pumps than is suggested. Moreover, the product does not absorb at all. It just sort of sits on my skin. I realize this is a natural product, but the ingredients don’t seem to read that way. Having said that, the product absolutely stinks. I haven’t figured it out, but it smells something like a gas station, or some sort of bleach or something, just bad. The smell just lingers. On top of that, this moisturizer has just caused my skin to be nothing but itchy, I have seen red patches and tiny white bumps. I am returning this product asap, because as soon as I stopped using it and reverted back to my regular routine, my complexion came back.

I seem to be on a skincare brigade recently (maybe it’s because I’m turning 36 next month). I got a sample of this and the smell is overwhelming and it’s an average moisturizer at best. Definitely not worth the full price point in my opinion!!

« Absolutely AMAZING »

I have extremely dry skin - only have approx 8% hydration. Tried every cream imaginable including cream my dermatologist recommended and NOTHING compares. I use it on my face and neck and have noticed that the elasticity on my neck has visually improved. I cant say enough about this product, absorbs, smells very similar to Dr Hauschka, love the glass bottle (they need to improve the pump though-product escapes from the sides), feel moisturized all day and never greasy. Definitely for dry skin types

So I just bought this moisturizer the other day, and while I can’t speak in terms of long term effectiveness, I will say that the immediate results are amazing. My skin is honestly glowing, and it just seems so happy to have an all-natural product hydrating it. It’s incredibly hydrating and works as a good base under makeup - no balling when rubbed or slippage at all throughout the day. I also saw that a lot of people have commented about the smell...if you’re wondering and maybe this is closer for you to access, this product smells IDENTICAL to Lush’s Marilyn Hair Treatment...which people tend to either love or hate. This moisturizer is a lighter amount of smell than the Lush Marilyn, and has scents of chamomile and lemon...but the main scent seems to be rose. It actually smells very similar to the Fresh Rose Face Mask...just with a bit of a more herbal/citrusy undertones. Hope this helps!

« BEST MOISTURIZER »

This moisturizer is not only SAFE AND HEALTHY to use but it does its job!!! There is no need for carcinogenic ingredients in any makeup or skincare products and Tata Harper proves it. Yes, it is expensive and I was reluctant to buy at first, but you only need one squirt of it and it lasted me 6 months! Try it out for 2 weeks and let your skin get used to having natural organic ingredients on it and you will not regret the purchase!

« I does absolutely nothing, but adds shine »

I got a sample by a Sephora sales person, who prognosticated to me that i will have rosacea because i have few broken capillaries barely noticeable in my face. Broken capillaries doesn’t mean i will have rosacea, that can happens because of too much sun, age, etc. I am 48 yrs old with a very good skin / no fillers, no surgery, all natural. I use Tarte Maracuja oil in the morning and works wonders. I will keep use Tarte Maracuja oil, since is a better product than this. See picture attached of my skin. I am wearing: Tarte Maracuja Oil, Tarte Concealer (light), Korres Wild Rose powder (medium beige ), Urban decay cream blush in QUICKIE and Borghese State of the art mascara. Tata Harper Repairative Moisturizer do nothing for me, but makes my face shiny and oily like if i was sweating. Kind of sticky. Overpriced.

The bad reviews are mainly for the smell and this is a fragrant product. It smells like earthy florals which I love but if you are sensitive to smells don’t buy it. As a 30 year old who invests her money into skincare and is trying to stay away from Botox & fillers, tata harpers line is amazing. I also use her eye cream and find that it heals my dry, sensitive skin and works for me morning and night. I just add an oil on top during the nighttime. It also pairs well with my retina, vitamin c & sunscreen and I feel like it plumps up/fills fine lines. I highly recommend to someone who is starting to age and wants to invest in a great moisturizer!!

« A reparative treatment »

I am a fan of this moisturizer. I love natural Jasmine, which is the essential oil in this, and love that it is 100% natural and free from silicone which seems to cause breakouts for me. I spray a rose floral water, then apply this while my face is still moist and it absorbs really well.

Definitely one of my favorite moisturizers. I have purchased it multiple times. With its heavy price tag I tried other products but always ended up with this one since it showed the best results and the skin always looked radiant.
