Je suis généralement très attaché au packaging de Tatcha, il est toujours si élégant... jusqu'ici. Ce nettoyant est très difficile à extraire de la bouteille. Il faut presser très fort, puis il finit par enverser trop, ce qui entraîne des déchets. Je suis fan du produit, mais le packaging nécessite une amélioration importante, peut-être en ajoutant un pompe qui pourrait résoudre le problème. Je ne racheterais pas ce produit à cause de cela, et j'espère qu'ils lisent mon avis.

Le packaging ne présente aucun problème. Je simplement ouvre la bouteille, je donne un sec secousse en tenant l'ouverture vers le bas sur ma main, puis je effectue une légère pression. Le liquide est trop épais pour sortir de l'ouverture lorsque vous secouez. J'ai jamais eu trop de produit qui sorte. Cela correspond exactement à la démonstration de Tatcha. Si vous pressez légèrement et que rien ne sort, NE PRESSEZ PAS PLUS FORCEMENT. Il faut s'assurer que le produit est déjà à l'ouverture avant de presser. En ce qui concerne le produit lui-même, il dépasse mes attentes. J'utilise ce produit depuis un mois et j'ai vu des résultats fantastiques.

« Great cleanser, awful packaging »

I love this product; however, the packaging is not exactly user-friendly. The cleanser is delightful, thorough, and combines well with the other Tatcha cleansers for a truly deep cleanse. I contacted the company about the problematic packaging and suggested a pump. I have arthritis in my hands, and the container was difficult to squeeze with precision. They replied that they have not had similar comments from other customers; consequently, those of you who agree might want to contact them directly. I really want to enjoy my cleansing ritual and not fight with the container :)

« Great for combination skin »

This is an awesome cleanser for combination skin! The exfoliating fibers provide a nice scrub without giving my skin with that uncomfortable tight feeling. It also gives a little bit of hydration without making my skin feel oily. I think that for the price (and for functionality), Tatcha should have included a pump (or something comparable). Right now, it literally just has an opening that you squeeze the product through. I feel like I either squeeze out too much OR squeeze too little on the first time and then end up squeezing too much. For $38 and considering that Tatcha is a more high end brand, I would expect a better dispensing mechanism so that product isn’t wasted.

« AMAZING For Acne/Oily/texture skin! »

This cleanser leave my skin super SOFT and CLEAN every time i use it! Lately with the weather my skin has been dry and a bit patchy by my cheeks and in just one use it went away! My ACNE has really GONE down so much. It’s practically gone! Also a little bit does a very long way so you don’t need much. Definitely recommend this product!

I have VERY sensitive (combo) skin that is acne-prone. This is one of few facial washes I can use without fear of a breakout. It’s a gentle exfoliant and it leaves the skin feeling smooth. Normally I do not care about packaging however, I am going to complain about the shape of the container in relation to squeezing out product. It makes it difficult to get the right amount and I’m sure as I start to run lower on product, it’ll be difficult to avoid wasting product stuck around the edges.

I really like this cleanser! I tested the pH level when mixed with water, it’s around a 6-6.5. So not the perfect 5.5, but not terrible either. But my skin doesn’t feel dry after using it, it feels perfectly clean without any of the dry, tight feeling. The smell is nice and the gentle exfoliants feel great. I would follow what the bottle says it is, it’s a deep cleanse! Not something you need to use everyday, twice a day, but a great deep cleanser to use on days you really want to clean all the makeup off without destroying your skin with a really hard cleanser.

This cleanser is amazing! Foams like a dream and really leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh. I am a VERY picky person when it comes to cleansers. This does my face RIGHT! I have oily skin and large pores and wear a full face of makeup daily.

Love love love this cleanser! I’ve been wanting to try Tatcha and went with this. It’s exfoliating but a light exfoliant that is not abrasive to your skin. I have dry to normal skin and dealing with some texture and it cleared up all my bumps and texture. 10/10 would buy again.

« Amazing at clearing my texture and dark spots !! »

This is my first review but this product is so great I had to write it !! I have always had a problem with texture on my skin especially on my forehead. I have used other cleansers that were supposed to be great at helping that issue but I would always have he texture as well as visible acne scaring from hormonal acne. I used this cleanser once and saw a noticeable difference with both. I have now used the cleanser for about a week and have never seen my skin so smooth and radiant. Also there is a substantial lessening of my dark spots and scaring. I do use this along with the water cream I purchased around the same time and my skin is so happy with the change. I love this product and the cream and now I can’t wait to try more tatcha !!! I am converted !!

Amazing cleanser, I used this at night and the Laneige multi-cleanser in the morning. This one really takes care of everything - getting that deep pore cleanse but being gentle enough for my sensitive skin. Packaging is great too, the only thing is making sure not to squeeze the bottle too hard to get the right amount of product out.

« works but be cautious »

This is an effective cleanser for when you feel like you have a lot of build up or just a long day of sunscreen and sweating. I definitely would not recommend this for twice daily use and maybe not even every day use. I would not recommend using this in the morning. It’s really an “end of the day my face feels really dirty“ cleanser. It gives you a squeaky clean feel that can be harsh if not used appropriately. I personally use a milky cleanser afterwards to balance. It cleared up a lot of congestion I had but I feel like it would have stripped my skin if I didn’t use it when only necessary. For reference I have normal to oily skin that is easily stripped and even though my skin is oily my skin barrier is easily obliterated. If I cleanse too much I get that over-oily effect. I have hormonal cystic acne and I’m always fighting congestion.

« GREAT, but.. »

I love this product, I’ve been using it every day since I got it and it makes my skin feel amazing. One thing I’ve always had an issue with is getting all my mascara off, so this combined with my Clinique Take The Day Off takes it off beautifully without having to use a whole separate eye makeup remover. There’s two reasons this isn’t getting the full 5 stars. 1) there’s no pump and the opening is a little awkward. 2) the first time I used it, it seemed like it was only filled about 3/4 of the way. That wouldn’t be an issue if the product was so expensive. Fortunately it works great enough for me to probably purchase again even with those flaws. Just hopefully they can fix them in the future.

« Worth the price »

I’ve repurchased this after splurging on it once, using it and seeing the overall evening out of my skin, minimization of breakouts happening, and then trying to use a cheaper face wash to save money ending up with my skin not looking as great as it could. I like to leave it on in the shower for 2 minutes before washing off to really let those active ingredients do their work.
