The cleanser is absolutely gorgeous. It made my skin very supple and super clean. The texture is slightly gritty but nothing too harsh. It cleans beautifully and removes all the makeup and the dirt and grime from the day. It doesn’t strip the skin of its natural oils. It is definitely like a luxurious treatment for my skin and I love indulging in this cleanser after a tiring day. I love the creamy texture as well.

« SPA IN A BOTTLE »

First off, this stuff is so unique. I had never used a cold cream cleanser, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect... basically, it’s a spa in a bottle! As you apply it, you instantly feel a cooling sensation. The smell is minty, but in the most pleasant way. Nothing overbearing in my opinion. I’ve been leaving it on for 5 minutes at a time as a mini mask re-set about 3X a week, and I really feel like it’s helping keep some stubborn blemishes at bay. My sensitive skin is so happy to have this in my routine!

This is more gentle than I expected and the scent is much more mild than I anticipated - all positives for my sensitive skin. One thing to be warned, this isn’t a cold cream (assuming you aren’t sticking it in a freezer). Yes it is cooling but it’s a standard cream cleanser with exfoliating beads - you can easily pot this into a squeeze tube (better/safer for shower) and dispense the product just as easily unlike say ponds cold cream or Nivea that are actual thick cold creams. Nice product for my acne prone areas nonetheless.

Good cleanser. Light creamy hydrating. Love that its a clean hydrating cleanser in a glass jar. Dont even notice the beads in it, they are soft, non abrasive. Switched to this cleanser from my tatcha rice wash. I have 3 products from this line now & overall this is a good clean brand.

This cleanser is fantastic! A little goes a long way and it leaves my face feeling fresh, and moisturized (but not oily). It has a faint and natural fresh smell but nothing too perfumey or overpowering. I have eczema and when my skin is even mildly irritated some products sting but this cleanser so far just gives a soothing cleansing effect. It doesn’t create too much lather but it does effectively remove makeup and oil. 10/10 I would introduce this into my forever skincare routine!

I have fallen in love with this product.My skin is very oil and very acne prone. Due to the sensitivity on my face, I often find new face washes to clog my pores.With this hydrating cleanser, the light and fluffy texture felt great on my skin. I love the little added scrub with the beads inside the formula. This helps me activate my pores for a deeper clean.I highly recommend this product for oily / acne prone skin types!

leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. great for sensitive, acne prone skin. used my previous cleanser for a week while I traveled and immediately could tell the difference. been shopping at sephora for years and this is the first time i feel compelled to write a review.

I recently overhauled my skincare with a few of this brand’s (expensive) products, and I’m happy to say it is worth the money! I use this cleanser every evening and its a nice little ritual that leaves my skin looking soft and hydrated.

« Gentle and Smoothing »

I purchased this during the sale and have used it a few times. It’s a nice cold cream that feels cooling after you rinse it off and has gentle beads to help exfoliate. It’s very gentle and leaves skin very smooth and soft after rinsing. There’s not much to say other than it’s a cold cream in the classic sense. I purchased it because I wanted to slough away some flaky skin from retin-a and it doesn’t contain mineral oil, as a lot of cold creams do.

« A big fail on combination skin »

I have a combination skin with normal/dry cheeks and oilier T-zone. I expected this cleanser to clean my skin and this absolutely did not happen. I tired it both ways, as a regular cleaner and a mask, with same sad results. It left the skin covered with a waxy feeling residue. Somehow my cheeks ended up drier, and T-zone oilier than before with blackheads the next morning. It did not remove all the makeup.On the positive note, it has nice ingredients, it smells gorgeous and yes it did have a cooling effect when you leave it on longer as a mask. But it’s useless as a cleanser, and did not improve my skin, so will return it.

A wonderful product to use especially for combination to patchy dry skin. I absolutely LOVE what this refreshing cooling cleanser offered my red dry patchy skin, after using it for a month my skin has improved with hydration and less redness from the dry patchy areas on my chin and nose area. I am in my premenopausal stages finding skin changes to be challenging. I am so in Love with this product, it’s effectiveness restoration of hydration has given my skin a restored glow with complimenting how my makeup application just glides on easily. I love the before and after pics, I see the improvement of my skin. I can feel my skin healing and becoming more supple with a dewy glow of healthy skin. I have also use their Wild Nettle & firming serum and Plant Genius Melt Moisturizer....this is an awesome skincare routine combination that I have noticed that my skin absolutely LOVES. I can’t wait to try more of their product line and place a new order. I recommend for you to try for yourself, happy pampering.
