« Amazing face cleanser »

Amazing cleanser!!! Tried this out today thanks to a complimentary tester from Sephora and it left my skin so silky smooth and clean! Smells amazing too like lemon pie! My chemo skin was needing some love and hydration and this did the trick!

I love this stuff. I have oily skin and I was using a wash that was taking off too much moisture that resulted in my oil production going into overdrive. I started using this when I received a sample in a previous order. I loved how soft my face was after the first use. Make up was gone and skin was not stripped but soft and not oily. Now I still have oily skin but it seems to have tapered off a bit and I think it is because of this wash. I have sensitive skin and so far, no breakouts.

Wow. Big. This cleanser is really, really big. There’s enough product to wash the faces of a small nation. Granted, when it comes to cleansers, I’m a commitment-phobe. I mostly buy minis. We “date” for a month, and then it’s time to move on to a new mini cleanser. There wasn’t a mini Belif Aqua Bomb Jelly Cleanser though. It was either all-in or nada. So I committed— and believe you me, there’s so much product in the thing that our relationship is practically a marriage. Which isn’t a bad thing! Because the cleanser is jellied and fun to use (the skincare equivalent to “a great sense of humour”) and it leaves my skin feeling freshly washed—imagine that!—and lovely. So. Even though I was suppose to marry Leo (until Oscar Issac traipsed across my tv screen!), I guess I’m destined for a jellied cleanser. Don’t pity me, though. My beau may be a face wash, but it’s a darn good face wash. I dare say it’s the Oscar Issac of face washes. Go fig.

« Too high of a pH and made skin feel tight »

I found this left my face feeling a little tight, which is always a red flag for me so I returned it. It is also above the pH that I like to stay under (I look for cleansers between 4.5-5.5 and this was 6.9).

« Loved at first....now can’t use »

Received as a sample and LOVED at first. Smells great, doesn’t strip my skin, reasonable amount of product. Couldn’t wait for it to be back in stock so I could get the full size. I was insistent that this product would change my acne prone, combination skin for the better. Enjoyed 2-3 weeks of clear skin but now I am breaking out in cystic acne that I have never had in my life before. Dermatologist insists it’s the fragrance in this product that is angering my skin and that my skins natural moisture barrier is gone, causing excess oil production. I’m now using a different product and my skin is getting back to normal..I think it’s worth trying if you have less sensitive skin because the formula does feel amazing. As much as I wanted to love it my skin can’t handle the fragrance :(

First, I hate the packaging of this. The cleanser spills out as soon as you open it so you have to open it upside down and squeeze it out. The formula however is alright! It’s not the best for my skin, as it feels a little dry after using it to clean my face but it does feel nice on the skin. I would recommend getting a sample before purchase the full size. This cleanser is gorgeous!!! It’s beyond amazing. It does not leave your face stripped what so ever. Removes makeup so well and my skin is left unbelievably soft. I noticed my skin was slightly less oily through out the day after using it. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last you quite some time. I have acne prone skin as well and has absolutely no issues or flare ups. My make up applies flawlessly on the skin after I’ve begun using this cleanser. No more weird texture. I’m in love with this. If you have dry skin you will probably love this even more honestly. Im an avid user of the Kate Somerville green exfolikate cleanser but i must say I’ve been reaching for this a bit more lately.

I received this to test out from Influester. I like it. It des a good job of removing make up at the end of the day. I use it as a first cleanse. However, I feel like it is not that effective to remove make up when you have a completely beat face with full coverage foundation. I tend to like more of an oil balm for when I am full glam. This jelly cleanser does the trick for my more everyday make up. I also think its a great morning gentle cleanser as well.

This was irritating to the skin and very drying. Upon reviewing the ingredients, that would be expected given the presence of citrus oils. I’m not sure how this got so many 5star reviews. Notably, I only had a sample and had a bad reaction in just the first two washes.

« New Favorite Cleanser! »

My new favorite cleanser! I tried this in a sample set and couldn’t wait for the full size to restock before I ran out. It’s super gentle and has a great lather. It also feels very pampering and the packaging is great.

The texture is light weight and refreshing. It does the job as a cleanser and doesnt dry out my soin. However, it doesn’t takw off my make up completely since I have have a full face makeup so I have to use cleansing oil as an additional step. Overal it is a nice daily cleanser for summer time. I received this product as a free sample.

« A foaming cleanswr that doesn't strip moisture. »

I mostly use oil or cream cleansers but wanted to try something new. This is a gel cleanser however once water is added it converts to a foam cleanser. I love that it cleans away all makeup including mascara easily without stripping any moisture. My normal skin is left feeling clean, soft and refreshed. I find the Citrus scent to be lovely and invigorating but might be too strong for some. I have tried a few Belif products and they all seem to have that signature scent.

In the beginning of trialing this product I was leary about it. The issues I had were over-stripping my skin with current cleansers and products, drying it out more to over-produce acne, and oily skin. I thought that with my oily skin that I then had that trait and that’s what I was looking for in products. Realizing I did not have oily prone skin I then experimenting with hydrating cleansers. It took rounds of many to find one I loved. I sometimes form small patched of skin on my face that feel rough, almost like a rash that would not resolve with basic cleansers and moisturizes. After just the first few uses I saw major differences. It cleared up my acne fast, prevented further breakouts, and resolved my dry skin. A little bit of this product goes a long way. After washing my face it does make it feel clean, fresh, and have a minty smell but not like a toothpaste smell. If not used with the moisturizer it could feel stripped. I have since tried another cleanser I was considering at the time of this purchase. It was the Olehenriksen Truth Juice Cleanser. This product reverted me back to my before Belif Aqua Bomb state. Back to where I was over-producing oil, and having dry patches of skin. I overall have tried lots of facial cleansers, have not had good luck with much, and have not found a better one than this. I am not a person who ever writes reviews so take this one as my real testimony.

What a burst of hydration!! I use this cleanser in the morning because it is so gentle. it does not strip your skin. it keeps that level of hydration your skin needs while cleaning and plumping your skin.
