« Worst Face Wash »

DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU HAVE EVEN THE SLIGHTEST SENSITIVE SKIN. I wouldn’t say I have that sensitive of skin, I can tolerate the Ordinary’s red face mask easily if that tells you anything. This product ruined my skin and I only used it for a couple days. First day was fine— just a bit dry. Second day— started to burn a bit but chalked it up to the AHA/BHA formula. Third day— I used the face wash then added my moisturizer on top of it and 5 minutes later I was in unbearable pain and my face was extremely red and hot to the touch. I had to makeup wipe everything off and rewatch with a gentle cleanser then sit in my car with my face in the air vent to get any relief. After that I noticed that my acne started to come back with a vengeance— and not the white or blackheads but the under the skin ones you can’t get to.

I received this product complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. As a mother to a teenager who is prone to blackheads and breakouts and has oily skin, I decided they would be best suited to try this cleanser out. Within a couple of uses I noticed their skin looked way calmer and the redness of their breakouts was greatly reduced. They said it felt less greasy and oily as well. These products don’t have a fragrance to them, but it doesn’t matter when the product works great! I could see myself buying this again in the future for my teen.

I tried it for the first time and it didn’t work out for me very well. It irritated my face right away and I looked into the ingredients and saw it had citric acid which I assume is an ingredient that may have caused my chemical reaction. My face became very red as well as my neck. It was my fault for not doing a patch tests at first. Glycolic acid and citric acid as well as salicylic acid are very high up on the list and I think that’s what may have contributed to my skin reaction since they may be high in concentration percentage. Otherwise I’m pretty bummed out it didn’t work out for me so I had to return it.

The not only left a film on my face, but the smell is unbearable. I usually use fragrance free skincare, but if the product smells like this then I would advocate to add a little fragrance to improve the user experience.

This great for my oily skin. The gel texture helps it glide across the surface of my skin. This I.ly requires a small, dime-sized amount. It nakez a nice lather and is easy to massaged into my skin. This does a great job if removing make-up. Even when I massage this over myvlashes, it does not sting my eyes. This does not irriatate my skin. The cleanser has a neutral scent snd it cleans my skin with stripping away my oils. My skin feels clean, sift, and pampered after use. This pairs well with the cleansing balm on those days when I wear makeup. I would recommend this for those with oily skin who wantvclean skin without sacrificing their natural moisture barrier.

My newest obsession. I am so happy with this cleanser. It doesn’t dry my skin out at all. It has really detoxed my skin. My pores are so much cleaner and seem to have gotten a little smaller. I recommend everyone to buy this and at least try it.

This is a powerhouse cleanser! It’s too drying for me to use morning and night with my current routine but I like to use it once a week or so on days when I don’t use other actives. For someone looking for a powerhouse cleanser for an easy routine I think this is an excellent choice paired with a solid moisturizer!

OH YAAAAI! I really like this gel cleanser! It removed all my makeup. I used it as my second step in my routine. I received this product as a gift in exchange for my review. I’ve been using it every day for a few weeks and I can say I like it, my skin is pretty sensitive and it didn’t cause me any noticeable irritation. I do have another cleanser that I like that I probably would prefer over this one.

I’m really conflicted on this, I was very excited to use the whole line because I’m always looking for clean and simple products, I’m a new mom so I’m always in a rush and wanted to have a few staples for everyday use. I loved everything about this except that it broke me out so I had to stop using it because I have very sensitive skin, on the other hand my hubby uses it everyday and it worked amazing on his skin. So I would say do a patch test and if you don’t break out then you’ll love this!

Too harsh for my sensitive skin. After I use this I get out of the shower and my face is red every part of my face is red besides around my eyes so maybe I’m using too much but it’s a little too harsh for my skin.

I received this Detoxifying Gel Cleanser complementary from Influenster and Community Sixty-Six in exchange for my honest review. The packaging is very low key with minimalist color-way, which can portray a green message. It’s definitely not shouting luxurious, expensive skincare products but I like the price point compare to what you get in volume. I also thought the name of the brand is meaningful (60 seconds and 66 days is all it takes to form a habit) and the QR coding on the package was convenient to get more information on the product. It claims to be vegan and has no animal testing. I like that the cleanser is an all-in-one product including glycolic acid, salicylic acid, niacinamide and more. I am slightly surprised that it didn’t contain a sunburn alert with 6% of glycolic acid though.I used this cleanser intermittently for two weeks to test for effectiveness although I did use a retinol product once during that time. I had skin peeling but I think it’s the retinol that caused it in conjunction with the cleanser. When using the cleanser, there was a slight sting and my face felt a little dry, tight, and itchy afterwards but nothing I can’t fix with layering other skincare products on afterwards. You only need to use a small amount and it goes a long way. The product is a thick clear gel, has a good lather, and there is no fragrance, which makes sense since it’s fragrance free. I actually prefer this although others find it unpleasant. I never had issues with acne but I do think this product evened out the texture on my skin and there’s a refreshing look to it. Overall I like the product and will continue to use it.

I received this cleanser for free from Influenster in return for my honest opinion. To start out, the packaging of this cleanser -and all of the products from this brand- is so nice. It feels nice and it looks sleek and sophisticated, but not in a way that seems old-fashioned. The cleanser it’s self feels very nice as well. It is clear and has a slight lather that feels really nice on the skin. It also has a very slight smell from the ingredients in the cleanser and I personally enjoyed it. Before using this cleanser I had broken out pretty bad on my cheeks and my forehead and when I used it, it did slightly sting in the areas I had broken out in. The stinging was not bad at all and stopped as soon as i washed it off but if you have sensitive skin I would probably recommend another cleanser. After I used this, my skin felt SO nice. It was very soft and felt cleansed. It was almost verging on the side of feeling slightly stripping though, which I personally don’t mind. All in all I would recommend this cleanser.

I’ve received this product in exchange for my honest review. I’m a big cleansers fan, they’re part of my daily skin care routine and I use them twice a day. I’ve also tried most of the cleansers available on the market. The advantages of this cleanser are not overdrying your skin and actually cleaning your pores well. I’ve recently used a different cleanser, by quite famous brand, which made my skin almost squicky after each usage. But with time I’ve noticed that I need to use exfoliators much more often cause it’s not doing the job. This cleanser seem to clean out your pores, while not striping off the moisture. Super happy with that! The smell is not my favorite, but I don’t care much about those things if cleanser is good. Price is great too.
