Nomad’s Cream Purifying & Exfoliating AHA Cleanser

I have no idea how this product has so many 5 star reviews! It feels like you are slathering creamy coconut oil on your face. Even after washing it off, it feels like you have a heavy coating on your skin. It is such a gross feeling! It does not feel like it cleans, and it definitely does not exfoliate. Maybe if you are older than 50, live in the desert and have horribly dry skin, I could see how you might like this. It works great as an in-shower moisturizer or expensive shave cream. I threw out the manufacturer’s box, or I’d be returning this. Back to Tatcha I go!

I’m not sure why everyone loves this, have been using for a week now an every time after I cleanse with this my skin is still has stuff on it. I use a toner after an it picks up a lot of left over. This does not cleanse well an I see another person on here that has same problem. So I would not recommend if you are needing a cleanser to exfoliate and clean the skin well.

I feel like I am one of the only people who isn’t singing this product’s hype. I think it’s fine, but I don’t think it cleans well. I think I’m going to add an oil-based cleanser to my routine until this is gone so that I can be sure to get all the makeup off. But it is gentle so if you’re looking for that, I would recommend you try it.

I have tried many products for my morning and evening routines but never found any that I truly LOVED and was genuinely excited to keep using.Discovering DAMDAM changed that and I have been using their products every day for the past 7 months (the cleanser, the paradisi mist, the mud mask, and the mochi mochi moisturizer). For me, their products evoke a sense of simplicity and honesty that is rare to find in cosmetic products. Not only do their products just work...they make me feel so good in the morning and give me that confidence boost to start my day. At night, they help me gracefully end the day and just feel decompressed. This cleanser is so unique. It’s unlike any other you’ve tried. It’s soft, it’s elegant, and extremely enjoyable to use...both to the touch and smell. It just works and leaves my skin clean and uniquely moisturized. It’s a very unique feeling. It doesn’t foam, irritate, or leave my skin dry as I’ve experienced with other products. It’s kinda perfect to be honest...I love and highly recommend DAMDAM’s products and I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I did! <3

« Perfect soft cleanser »

This cleanser deserves all of the praise it gets and more. It is a soft cream cleanser with a mild amount of grit, when you emulsify it with a touch of warm water it glides over the skin and has a perfect texture to do a face massage with. The scent is heavenly, like a gorgeous spa. I am allergic to pretty much any scent in my skincare, but my skin actually loves this product even with the natural scent/oils that are in it. My partner started using it and his skin has been more balanced and soft than in years, he’s hooked on it too. Buy this if you have delicate, sensitive skin in need of balance.

I love that this cleanser is fragrance free. My skin has brightened so much since using and my pores are noticeably smaller. I also love that this is safe enough and gentle enough to use every single day.

I like this cleanser. It has a very light scent to it. My skin felt so much smoother after using it. It also felt very clean. It didn’t foam up as my other cleansers. It felt more like an exfoliating cleanser.My face didn’t feel stripped of moisture after using this. After using this in combination with the cleansing oil, my eyes stung a bit. I’m not sure which of the products caused this reaction exactly.

« Very, very gentle »

This is a really nice cream cleanser, especially for those with sensitive skin. It’s extremely gentle and leaves my skin both feeling soft and looking if brighter after use. For me it works best as a first cleanse, or second cleanse with a washcloth to ensure you can remove all product properly. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using Nomad’s Cream Purifyjng Exfoliating Cleanser for about a week. I am completely surprised by how much better my skin looks and feels. Nomad’s is considered a clean beauty product, and I love that about this cream. It uses a few different ingredients to help unclog pores of the buildup we can all get. Japanese Konnyaku: A plant-based, vitamin-rich exfoliant used to purify skin and improve visible elasticity.-Tea Tree Oil: A natural antiseptic that reduces the appearance of breakouts and calms irritated skin.-Phytic Acid: An AHA in Japanese rice that visibly boosts elasticity, shrinks pores, and evens skin tone.All of these ingredients are working together to make your skin glow. It has helped my dry skin diminish, and I can definitely tell my pores are far less clogged. Definitely give it a try.

I’ve never been one to use moisturizing cleansers as I’ve never felt they get my skin clean. But this creamy cleanser felt different. It reminds me of noxzema - the OG of creamy cleansers - in texture but not greasy or smelly. It has tiny beads that exfoliate and feel so wonderful on your skin. The scent is extremely mild and simply smells “clean”. My skin felt calm, soothed and moisturized. I do not think this is suitable to get face full of makeup clean but if you’re makeup free and want a moisturizing cleanse, this is perfect. I’ve only used a sample pack from Sephora but ordered a full size the next day. This will be a great addition during the drying winter months. It will not be a daily cleanser for me but once a week or so, I’ll use it for a boost of moisture. I love it.

Such an amazing cleanser!!! I’ve suffered from acne almost all my life and have tried different cleansers to be able to control it a bit and maybe get rid of my scars and this has worked wonders! My skin doesn’t feel like it got a strong facial afterwards, it is just soo smooth! Definitely recommend it!

This is the first time for me to use this cleanser, and I was surprised by the effect. It was very comfortable after washing my face, and I didn’t feel dry. It’s a plant-based, vitamin-rich exfoliant that reduces the appearance of acne and calms irritated skin. I’m a pimple muscle so I love it

This cleanser feels great on the skin. It has a creamy texture that makes the skin feel really soft so not harsh at all but it also removes all the excess oils and dirt from the skin. Overall , really love the cleanser!

I love this exfoliating cleanser! I can use daily to feel all the freshness and remove all the access oil I have. Easy to use, need just a little bit and massage it on wet skin only for 30 sec to 1 min. Smells pleasant!

This is an amazing cleanser! I do love natural ingridiets which they use Japanese Konnyaku. The Konnyaku ingredient used in this product exfoliate and moisturize my skin!
