« made my skin drier/hurt »

I wanted to love this but I couldn’t because it stripped all the oil off my face to the point where my skin hurt. I didn’t use much (about a penny size). And it did foam a bit but I’ve never had a cleanser that made my skin more dry. For reference I have combo skin so half my face is oily and half is dry.

Love this cleanser!! I have sensitive skin and products are usually too drying, itchy, or simply stay on the surface. This cleanser doesn’t irritate my skin at all, and my skin feels and looks so much healthier now! I also love the orange scent!

Wow. I’ve struggled with “adult/exiting teen” acne for over a year (I took Accutane in high school and for 2-3 years my skin was clear as day and I could put anything on it). I have tried so many different products. Absolutely NOTHING worked. But THIS. This is liquid gold. I have no other words except, thank you Dermalogica. From a licensed Esthetician, this is a staple product in my routine forever.I was nervous that because of how sensitive my skin is, that it was going to burn or strip my skin…. It does neither of those things. I’ll attach pictures if I can figure out how, but seriously… Buy this if you’re suffering from breakouts. Of course MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SUNSCREEN WITH IT, but try this product out. I’m in love. [I’ve only been using it for less than a week and these are my results already]

This cleanser exfoliates and removes buildup. It does a great job at cleaning any make up leftovers after my main cleanser. My blemishes went away after a few times using this! definitely recommend. Gifted by Dermalogica (Ulta Team)

This product was gifted by Dermalogica to test, honest opinions are my own. I love how the Daily Glycolic Cleanser is gentle on my skin, a little product goes a long way! It’s got a light, refreshing scent and comes in a wonderful pump type bottle making it super easy to use. I’ve got combo skin — my face feels clean and doesn’t feel stripped or dried out after using this cleanser. I recommend for washing off no makeup or minimal makeup looks without a preclease. It would be great for my gym bag once I get back out there!

This product was gifted by Dermalogica in exchange for my review. I was happy with the cleanser overall. I haven’t had a chance to use it long enough to see if it has any effects on my skin texture, lines, etc. one thing that I don’t love is that it does make your skin more susceptible to sun damage, so you’ll want to be sure that you’re wearing SPF every day.

Tried this product in the middle of breaking out and was wondering if it would make it worse. Actually was pretty gentle on my active acne. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days, but I really think the glycolic acid is doing wonders for my hyperpigmentation. Hopefully it continues to do so! Smell isn’t too strong, sorta citrusy? Honestly, I don’t think there’s a single cleanser in the world that has WOWed me so much that I could RAVE about it, but I will say I’m enjoying this. I’m particularly enjoying this alongside Dermalogica’s hyaluronic ceramide mist (that stuff is insanely good). I wish it lathered just a bit more but appreciate minimal ingredients. I like using it with a face scrubby to get some lather.

« Careful if you have sensitive skin »

Wouldn’t recommend as an everyday cleanser if you have sensitive skin! It dries me out too much. I have dry sensitive skin no acne if you’re like me I think use it 3 times a week mask and follow up with a heavy moisturizer. I do like this cleanser for all it’s active ingredients

I’ve been using this cleanser about two weeks now and I really like it. It has a very nice and light scent, not overbearing at all. My face feels and looks so clean and I feel like it does look a bit brighter. Both pictures are with no makeup, second one was just after cleansing on day 9. I look forward to seeing the long term results of this 😊

This product has made a difference in my skin! It’s not a major difference but i have seen my skin brighten in the places i’ve used the wash. my face feels smooth after using and it doesn’t feel sticky. i will say not super impressed that it’s scented but overall a must try!

I adore this cleanser! It makes my face feel clean without extreme tightness and drying it out. I think my skin looks nicer when I use it. There isn’t a strong scent or anything either and the consistency isn’t too thin or thick

This product changed my face ! I had breakouts everywhere on my face. In 4 months this is the first product that work for my combination skin. I still have some pimples but it’s rare and my skin feels softer

« Uncommon Review: makes skin OILY! »

Unlike almost every single review I have read, I dislike this cleanser. Your skin feels nice and hydrated once it’s washed but I have noticed my skin becomes super oily as the day progresses. I have tested this out by doing my full skin care routine and also when I just wash my face and lounge around my apartment. BOTH times, more than once, my skin became oily. Which is odd for glycolic acid being that it can normally be drying. Would totally return it if I could.
