I will just start off saying that I have never ever written a review about anything In my life. It always seemed pointless. I am so impressed with this product that I absolutely feel the need to tell anyone who will listen about this stuff. I Started getting hormonal acne out of no where when I turned 21 about 5 years ago. Since then I have literally tried almost everything to combat it. From completely natural remedies and to the other end of the spectrum. with nothing really ever completely curing my skin. I would sit and ponder why the skin gods had cursed me with problematic skin. Then one day I wondered into sephora to spend my money on more make up I didn’t need and I started talking to the sales girl about my skin. She said that out of all the skin care products she receives for free, this was the only thing she has ever repurchased with her own money. So I figured why not I have already tried everything else. I took it home and used in my night routine. The next day I woke up and looked in the mirror and I kid you not, I cried. I could not believe how much my skin had cleared up in only one use. I thought it might be a fluke or something maybe I was just having a good skin day or something. No!! This stuff must have some kind of vodoo magic in it because by the third day my skin was basically clear. I will forever and ever use this face wash. Forever.

« Love the product, hate the packaging! »

I love all things FAB, but especially this new cleanser.It is not very foamy, more of a gel cleanser. I think it works to gently cleanse the skin, but with a little more power than their regular face wash. I find it works good after I have removed my makeup with an oil based remover. It has never caused me irritation. I cannot say for certain if it reduces breakouts or not, but I do believe it cleans all the oil from my face and has not caused any breakouts to happen.The biggest issue, and I really hope FAB is reading this, is the terrible, terrible packaging. I am actually thinking of how I can repackage it myself? The product is a thin gel (so it runs), and with the way the package is, by the time I squeeze out enough product to wash my face with, more has run out of the cap, all over the sides, and is wasted. Just ugh. So frustrating. This product needs to be in a pump style packaging, so it’s not wasted.

I have very oily skin and was looking forward to trying this when it came in the Sephora play box. It made my skin feel really clean when I used it at night... I woke up and used it again in the shower the next morning and did my usual makeup routine...By midday my pores looked HUGE. Way bigger than usual. And made my skin very shiny. It also caused me to have 4 huge pimples by the end of the day.Not a fan.

« The bomb, only one problem »

So i originally went to Sephora to purchase the clearing cleanser from Dermalogica but was told by the reps to try this instead. Now when I first used it that night I noticed my face was extremely dry afterwards so i was like okay, i’m gonna take this back. HOWEVER, I noticed when i woke up the next day and went to do my morning skin care my face was RADIANT. My dark marks looked way laighter and my entire face overall looked really glowy. That was the best skin day i’d had in a while. So will be repurchasing this but just using it maybe once or twice a week as a deep cleanser. Only giving it for stars because it was drying.

« Fantastic Everyday Cleanser »

Started using this cleanser a few weeks ago and it made a noticable difference in my skin. During the cold days I am usually nervous using a deep cleanser every day because it dries my skin but this did the opposite..my skin is hydrated and smoother. It also has a great scent that makes me feel like I am in spa. Would recommend to everyone.

« Favorite-Especially for Summer! »

I love this stuff! My face can get so oily in the summer and this just has helped my skin tremendously. When I first got it, I made the mistake of using it with my Clarisonic. I do not recommend that at all. It made my face extremely dry. This cleanser does a perfect job on its own.

Love this cleanser, it has truly helped minimize my breakouts and I can tell, because when I’m lazy and don’t wash my face with it for two days I break out a lot. The consistency is amazing, it’s very gel like and easy to use.

« Not for me »

It may have just been how this cleanser worked on my skin (as there are so many positive reviews), but I did not get a deep cleanse and it left something of a film after I rinsed it off. I ended up breaking out on my forehead (where I never really break out) and my blackheads got worse. Would not recommend to someone in a humid climate or acneic skin.

This is the most amazing product if you have large pores. My pores are so big they almost look like pin pricks all over my face and this product seriously has made them smaller. It is the only thing that has ever helped. If you have big pores seriously try this.

« So Fresh and So Clean!! »

Love this stuff! I wanted a deep daily cleanser, and I was shown this stuff. I was given a tester to try at home. Came back two days later and bought it. I love the smell of it, and how my skin feels afterwards. Be sure to use a good moisturizer afterwards. Overall very impressed with this stuff. It started to clear my face up in about 10 days :)

« Gave me bad acne »

I gave this 1 star because my skin felt soft. BUT- after 2 days of use it gave me teenage acne. I haven’t had acne in years. I bought this because a worker said this would help with managing my oily skin. I’d pick just oily over oily/teenage acne. return!

« Horrible! »

History- Comination/oily. Large pores in t-zone and some blackheads on nose and cheeks. That’s it!!! After using this for two days/ four washes my face broke out and is so itchy. I haven’t had a breakout since I was a teen. I was looking for a different cleanse to address my pores but this obviously isn’t it.

« Mica Powder »

I would give this a higher review but I was very disappointed to find that it contained mica and was mildly glittery. This didn’t stay on my skin and the cleanser did as intended but mica powder in a cleanser is a completely unnecessary ingredient and really cheapens the product. I have no idea why the decision to add mica to the product was made as it isn’t a makeup item. The cleanser did feel really good and gave my skin a needed deep clean to remove built up makeup and other skincare products. You can kinda see the sheen of the mica powder in the photo I gave but it’s much more evident in person.

Worst cleanser ever I regret to buy it, I used it for a week and every single day I woke up in the morning to see a new red hurting acne once I stopped it my face skin started to be clear gradually, there’s only acnes scar on my face which take longer time to disappear but no new acnes. If there’s zero star rate I’d go for it!

« Best everyday cleanser! »

Recently switched to this as my everyday cleanser. After the first two times using this product I noticed a significant change in my skin. Great for acne prone skin! I am fairly dry with pesky blemishes here and there.. this has cleared up my break outs and leaves my face feeling uber clean without over drying. I was a little skeptical at first seeing the tiny glitter particles but after cleansing they disappear. love this product! Planning to repurchase!
