« Don’t waste your money »

I used this for almost 6 months and it’s truly the most meh cleanser I’ve ever used. It didn’t do anything to my skin- positive or negative. I would use this almost every morning but never gave that “clean” feeling. Much prefer their other cleanser

« Broke me out »

My skin is not overly sensitive, but this made me break out, made my cheeks and chin flare up red and feel extremely dry. During use it doesn’t feel effective so I thought it would be very gentle, but I’m left feeling dry and tight.

« Not great for my skin »

I wanted to love this so much, but it doesn’t work for my skin. After using it for a few days, my skin is red. I am having a reaction to something in this cleanser, I have a feeling it’s the fragrance.

love love love!! as someone w combination+very sensitive skin, this cleanser is so incredible! it does not dry out my skin, but gets off all oil and makes my skin feel so so clean, it’s so gentle on my skin and i can use it on my eyes to get off mascara which i love! (i do recommend using a cleansing balm before hand though) it has a thick jelly consistency and has a neutral scent, and i usually favor foaming cleansers but this one is my all time favorite<3 the packaging is so cute and the pump is very nice! i use this on damp skin (though you can use it on dry) at night and follow up with a moisturizer and i love it! recommend to everyone, my number one favorite Glossier product<333

« Amazing »

I love this cleanser. It does not leave your face feeling tight and shiny feeling. It’s super soft and moisturizing and gets the job done. Doesn’t have any crazy scents which is good. I have combo skin so it’s both dry and oily, and it’s perfect for my skin.

Favorite cleanser - so so happy it’s available at Sephora now!! It’s perfect for removing makeup and cleansing your face and doesn’t leave it feeling stripped / dry - it’s been my fav for many ears now

« Ingredient Change beware! Caused lots of breakouts »

Have used milky jelly for years as my makeup removing step of a double cleanse and have never had a problem. Ordered a new bottle earlier this month from sephora and immediately could tell something was different. The face wash was much more opaque than normal, and had a slightly different texture. It also left a HORRIBLE film on my face that has never happened before. Since its a first step in my two-step cleanse I said whatever and kept using it since step number 2 removed the film. Well, after using is for a week or so my face has horrible breakouts, and this is the only new part of my routine. Compared ingredients from new/old and its definitely a slightly changed formula and they removed the polyxamer aka the first key ingredient they list here on their website. So sad, not sure how I am going to find a replacement, will be returning.

« Dry, Acne Prone Skin SAVIOUR. »

So my skin type is very dry, and very temperamental. Typically very acne prone. I was using the Fulvic Acid Brightening Cleanser from The Inkey List and it was WAY too aggressive on my dry skin. I was always breaking out. THIS??? Exactly what my skin needed. So gentle, and allows my skin to retain its moisture barrier, and after a week of use I woke up to ZERO active acne. I am baffled. Dry skin necessity.

My absolute holy grail cleanser. I use this as my first cleanse and to remove makeup. It’s gentle and doesn’t strip moisture. The scent is very refreshing. Have bought 20+ times and will keep purchasing

As a Glossier fan, I wanted to like this after reading the reviews and hearing great things, it just didn’t do it for me. My skin is oily and acne prone so it my work well with dry sensitive skin.

« Overwhelming Scent »

Used twice. Removed makeup, wasn’t drying, but the scent (rose water, 2nd ingredient, not an artificial fragrance) is overwhelming and not subtle at all.
