This is the best cleanser ever! This removes every trace of makeup on my face, even mascara. I got a sample of this and gave it a go. I immediately purchased a full size after using. This doesn’t dry out my face, and it definitely makes my skin better. I will continue to repurchase.

I have acne prone dry skin and I have been loving it as a morning cleanser and a second cleanser at night. it’s very gentle and definitely replenishes the skin without leaving a film on skin. I haven’t seen any break outs from it. Also the ingredients are pretty nice and seems like they would help nourish the skin in longer run. would definitely purchase it again.

My skin suffers from acne and combination oily t zone and dry patches in the winter. This has cleaned my skin while leaving it hydrated. I do not break out at all from this and I will definitely repurchase this over and over again for the rest of my life!

Love this cleanser! I’m lazy so I like “one and done“ products. I have combination skin that gets oily at the drop of a hat, yet if I skip moisturizer, I notice within 30 minutes after washing my face that it feels like sandpaper. This stuff actually makes my face feel clean AND super hydrated! I’ve also started skipping serum since it claims to be one and my skin has never looked better. Cannot say enough good things about this face wash (and the It Cosmetics Miracle Water!). The only thing is....it smells like lemon scented cleaning products. If you’re sensitive to smells you need to hold your nose while using this because it isn’t pleasant. It loses a star for that reason, but otherwise I think this is my new go-to! Makes life easier and skin better :D

This is a nice cleanser - it cleanses without drying out my (combination) skin and it works nicely with my clarisonic. I still sometimes get that stretched out skin feeling in my cheeks if I don’t moisturize promptly, but less so than with other cleansers. I would probably repurchase it if it didn’t have the world’s worst scent!!! People keep describing it as citrus-y, but it’s more like... day old lemon cream pie that’s been left out all night. I’m usually not super sensitive to scents but I just can’t handle this one first thing in the morning.

I got this as a promo gift sample and I love it! My skin feels so nice after washing it off and occasionally I use it to clean my nasty foundation brush when I just can’t get rid of all the buildup after a week of use and this cleanser works perfectly for that too. Will be purchasing it in full size

This is a great cleanser! It’s very similar to Purity Made Simple how it melts everything down and has a nice natural citrusy scent. But where as Purity made my skin feel a little tight and dry afterwards, Confidence leaves me feeling just moisturized enough, without a greasy residue or anything.

This is not a hydrating cleanser. Face still felt tight and dry after using this. Wish it did live up to the claims but unfortunately it felt like any other cleanser.

My old face wash was discontinued and I needed to find a new one. I ordered about 5 little trial size kits from Sephora that were recommended by others with my skin type (combo, acne prone and SUPER sensitive) I was crushed when all of them proved to either dry me out in the Midwest winter weather and/or make my cystic acne flare up. I ordered this face wash out of desperation (and the full size at that) and I am SO glad I did. This is working better than stuff I use to love for years. My skin is soft, balanced and it is not only Not causing more break outs but is quickly healing the ones I had from the other products I was trying before receiving this. I honestly didn’t start using the IT confidence in a cleanser with very high hopes after being disappointed by all the other high end skin care I had tried recently but this face wash is now my holy grail and the best purchase I have ever made at Sephora!

Received this cleanser as a sample and fell in love. I have dry, sensitive skin and I’ve used Murad, Clinique, etc., in the past, that most of us dry, sensitive types use. This has been by far the best cleanser for me. It does the job of cleaning grime off my face and leaves it feeling healthy; moisturized, but not greasy or with that weird film layer feeling. I still use serums, moisturizers and all my other skin care products, but this is my preferred cleanser.

I have dry skin with occasional redness and sensitivity, and this cleanser effectively removes all makeup without stripping or drying out my skin. It has a light, fresh scent. I definitely recommend trying it!

This cleanser does what it is supposed to do - cleanse. I have combination skin and I have never felt too oily or too dry after using this product. I am also sensitive to many products and this cleanser has been no issue on my face. While I do double cleanse at night, in the morning I use only this cleanser and my face feels clean and balanced. I would buy this product again.

A must have for my combination super sensitive skin. I’ve tried everything from farmacy to korean cleansers and they either dry me out or leave behind red skin. I use a tiny bit and my skin is super soft and the redness calms down. love love love!

« I thought this product was a joke »

I first bought this when I bought my Clarisonic about six months ago. It smells nice, works really well, and a little bit goes a long way. I wear make up daily and have dry skin, and this always removed the last bits of makeup (after using a cleaning balm) and left my skin feeling soft.After researching a bit, I found a lot of people who thought this was a ridulous product. A serum you wash off?! What a ripoff! It doesn’t do anything.So I switched to the Fresh Sou cleanser (I tolerate their products well) and after a week I noticed my skin felt dry and tight. Laugh lines are more visible and my overall texture has a roughness to it. I know this product is pricey but it works for me. I think if you have dry skin and fine lines, this is a perfect cleanser (especially in winter!)

Decent cleanser; nothing special. I did not see any additional hydration from using this, nor any other transformational changes to my skin after using for 2 weeks. It has a nice light citrus smell but I didn’t have different results than if I were using any basic cleanser. I’m 41, with dry skin and mild discoloration.
