« Milk is great for dry skin! »

I was desperate to find something that could help with my super dry skin. I spent soooooo much time on reading about other products, asking the Sephora community for suggestions, but everything I kept finding was more about acne, or other skin issues. I don’t have any issues aside from my super dry skin. So I kept searching until I came across the Milk Cleanser. This works! I use the cleanser and the Milk Moisturizer, and my face feels and looks so much better! The first time I used it, I felt a slight improvement and was happy with just that. Of course the more I use it, the better my skin is. Another thing I love is that it my face feels clean without feeling tight or dry after using. This product does lather up a little bit, but it is no way like a foam. I’d also like to add that I read in other reviews that there’s a sour milk smell to these products, I haven’t had that issue.

I’m SO TIRED of these INFLUENSTERS clogging up the review section! WHY IS THIS ALLOWED SEPHORA? UGH. ANYWAY, I BOUGHT this after debating if I want to spend $30 on a cleanser. My skin is so dry, I went for it. Cute packaging, cruelty free. Have used it 3 nights in a row now and flowed with their matching cream. Pretty impressed so far. Only deducted a star because $30 was a lot to part with especially since it probably paid for some of these Influensters product smh. They remind me of a cult lol. Also, they could add more product to the tube. I did notice a gap in it. Better fill it for $30 Milk! I saw your brand trip too lol.

You know how some cleansers claim that they won’t leave your face feeling dry and tight but they always fail? THIS ONE PASSES! I’m in my 40’s and a skincare junkie. You can imagine the amt of cleansers I’ve tried. The Milk cleanser leaves my face soft. It does not leave my face dry or tight which is the first for me. Ref: I have sensitive dry skin with eczema.

This is great for dry skin. I typically use this at night with as a second cleanser after my cleansing balm. Despite being a cream cleanser it has a satisfying foam. I have acne prone skin and this has not made me breakout.

Definitely great for sensitive skin and would probably work best for normal to dry skin. I think that it would work for oily skin if you are going through a breakout and need a gentle cleanser. It has such a silky texture and foams nicely. would 100% recommend

I can’t wait to repurchase again. Trying this for the first time and have been using for about 2 weeks. I LOVE it. All the reviews on here commenting on this cleanser’s ability to remove heavy makeup I’m not sure on. I’ve personally never tried because my first cleanse is always an oil which removes the makeup. I don’t rely on my second cleanse (this) to do a makeup remover’s job. This is soooo light, silky smooth, lathers a little but not too much, and totally scent free. The results for me are a noticeably brighter complexion and improved texture. This does a great job without stripping the skin. I feel zero tightness, dryness or irritation after each use.

I liked that it is clean at Sephora, lathers well, but that is all that is good about this cleanser. This simply did not clean the face properly, even when using this cleanser twice. It made me have break outs because my skin was not cleanse properly. To be fair, I used this cleanser until it was empty. Hate the packaging- hard to squeeze out near the end. Cleansers in a pump form packaging is the way to go. Would not recommend.

I bought this when my skin barrier was demolished cause of retin-A 0.1% use! And boy was it a life saver. Its very hydrating, lathers well, and hasnt broken me out despite me being incredibly acne prone! I do still recommend to double cleanse!

« Worth every penny! »

I bought this cleanser during the recent Spring VIB sale because my current milk cleanser is running low... and I truly love it. It is extremely gentle and effective. It lathers super well, but not necessarily as a foam. It smells very faintly like sweet construction paper but it is not strong or overpowering. I love using it as a morning cleanse or a night cleanse on a day of no make-up! I’ve yet to try it out to remove make-up because I prefer to use cleansing balms/oils for that. Love the packaging—the tube material makes it easy to squeeze out every last drop, and the price point is reasonable in comparison to others out there. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a new milk cleanser/gentle cleanser!

This is so good!! It’s hard to find clean cleansers that don’t have fragrance. Great for sensitive skin and doesn’t make it feel dry and tight and the price is great.

If I could give zero stars, i would. I brought the moisturizer and had no problems. Then purchasing the cleanser and I break out so bad that it gave me redness all over my face.

I got this complimentary product from Influenster. But regardless of that, this product was great. Not only did it smelled nice-very very light to no scent (but my nose is sensitive to smell) but my face felt so soft afterwards and I have been using it for only 3 days so far. It doesn’t dry out my skin nor leave any “dry patches” on my face. It’s gentle on my skin (I tend to have sensitive skin during cold weathers).

I have extremely sensitive/dry skin and am having a very hard time trying to find a cleanser that works for me; this time was no different. I used this cleanser everyday for a week straight and my skin was so red and had a bunch of little reaction bumps all over it. I stopped using the cleanser and everything cleared up. So upsetting as I was hoping this one would work but unfortunately I will be returning it.

Got this as a sample and was honestly not expecting to love it as much as I did because of the packaging, which looks violently trendy, off-putting and a bit juvenile - it didn’t give me much faith in the quality of the actual product. However, this cleanser was creamy, moisturizing, and felt luxurious to use on the face. I have extremely sensitive combination skin and for what it’s worth, the sample did not break me out, cause any issues, or result in excess facial oil production after. It also had a very pleasant scent which I was pleased to see was not derived from fragrances.Even though I’m not in the market for a new cleanser right now - already having ones I love for night and day - I might get the mini to see if it continues working well over a more extended period, and to have as an alternative to my other two when the mood strikes.If I am to be totally honest, the thing that would most prevent me from fully committing to this cleanser down the road is the obnoxious packaging. It is so loud and bright yellow, and does not fit into the clean, minimalist, meditative, and serene vibe that I associate with my twice-a-day skincare routine. Even looking at the tube almost gives me a headache. Milk Makeup should really rethink the color of this. But this could just be a difference in aesthetic preferences (the only packaging of Milk’s that I like is their lipstick and foundation stick).But for those who enjoy the look, I would recommend giving this cleanser a shot! It leaves the skin feeling soft and lightly moisturized, and is overall a much more luxe product inside the tube than one would expect.
