The first picture was taken 2 months ago when my acne was at it’s absolute WORST ever. I was on prescription medications, moisturizers and balms from a dermatologist for 6 months leading up to this picture and I was feeling so hopeless and miserable about my skin. I wasn’t taking selfie’s anymore, and if I did I ALWAYS used a filter to hide my break outs. I took the first photo the night that I first started using this cleanser and the second picture is from yesterday where I’m wearing just a skin tint and some blush without a filter. It’s amazing how much my skin has cleared up and my scars are even beginning to fade. I will not use any other cleanser again and I 1000% recommend this line of products to anyone who is struggling with their acne.

I’m impressed with the impact this product has made on my skin. It’s helped reduce new acne and is working on minimizing my existing acne scarring and I love the texture. It’s consistency helps me use the right amount so I’m not using too much or causing drying. It’s my AM routine and I think it’s a staple now!

This pains me to write, because I’m an avid lover of Peace Out products, but I do not care for this product at all. Based on the almost 100% recommendation, I immediately scooped this item up, since I suffer from hormonal acne and a lot of reviews addressed that specifically. I’ve used half of this jar and it has done nothing for me. Even after washing off, it feels like a film has been left on my skin that is very drying that I can’t stand the feeling of and inevitably have to use a second cleanser to remove. Everyone’s skin is different, so maybe it really is just me, but something seems up with all of these 5 star reviews from free samples.

This is the HOLY grail of cleansing balms. I have extremely sensitive skin, even the slight touch of my dog will cause my skin to irrationally act up and start to rash… however, this product is AMAZING at removing makeup and the tiniest amount goes a long way. It also comes with a scoop so you don’t have to worry about accidentally grabbing too much with your finger and wasting product. I have now found my favorite cleansing balm for such a great price! I have never seen a product work so fast for lightening my dark acne spots. It leaves my face feeling so clean and smooth. I highly recommend, I will never try another product again.

I am in love with this and I wish I had known about it sooner! It has a gritty texture but it isn’t too rough at all. It is perfect. It is gentle enough to use every day as well. The first time I used it, I had a breakout and used the product before going to bed. When I woke up, my skin was significantly less red and was already starting to clear up. I wanted to cry tears of joy. I plan to use this every day whether or not I have a breakout. I recommend this product so much I have already told all of my friends about it, because it is seriously that good.

Y’all. I’m 40 and I have adult acne; mostly on my chin and jaw line. I get monthly CBD facials and have tried every facial wash, scrub and serum known to man. I’ve been using the blemish balm for a week and, hand to God, it’s a game changer. I use it every night after my makeup cleansing balm. The “scrub“ is SUUUPER fine and the balm is like a makeup removing balm, it just doesn’t “melt“ right away. The balm is gone when you’re done scrubbing. No irritation or dry skin either. I follow it with my moisturizer and I’m set.Other reviews said that they noticed a difference almost immediately and, honestly, so did I. I’m hopeful this is a long-term solution but the bigger part of that is: I’m actually HOPEFUL. This is worth every penny and then some.

« Too rough for sensitive skin »

Man, the reviews on this were so great...I thought I’d finally found my cleansing balm match so I finally part ways with micellar water. Unfortunately, I found the scrub too rough and abundant, even after thinning out with water. I expected way less scrub. Had to return.

« Where has this been??? »

Bought this on a whim a few weeks and HOLY COW! I am in love in just one week of use! I have suffered from acne, hyperpigmentation and all kinds of skin issues all my life. After using this daily at night for about a week now I have already seen a huge difference in my skin. The texture is better, my skin looks brighter and no big acne breakouts. Will def be repurchasing! Hasn’t over dried my skin either. I do make sure to use a good moisturizer after use. Totally recommend!

« Not worth it »

Does not melt easily, has a very rough exfoliating texture and it is very hard to wash off. There are many better cleansing balm textures out there.

This cleanser far beats any previous cleanser I’ve used to eliminate hormonal acne. Let me start by saying the salesperson showed me this because she uses it first hand and had great results. She specifically said that it takes a couple of weeks of consistent use to see the ongoing results- this is so worth the wait!!!! Each month right before, during and sometimes after I would get menstrual-related acne. As a 41 year old, this is frustrating (like I’m not 21 anymore…. enough with menstrual acne!). But THIS has changed the game! I don’t even get menstrual acne anymore since using this. Additionally, it gently exfoliates so my skin is always glowing. Some complain there’s not enough lather- personally I don’t need lather, I just need no acne!!!!Just 2 things you need to know; wet your face first then lather while it’s on your wet face. Secondly, due to the chemical ingredients, you should only use this product at night- you should not be exposed to UV after. Take my word, I used it in the day and had skin hyperpigmentation and then realized the direction wasn’t clear- only for night use!!! Your welcome!

« I’m SHOOK. »

This product really surprised me! I was expecting the same consistency as Farmacy’s Green Clean but it actually has micro-exfoliation beads that are extremely gentle for individuals with sensitive skin that don’t prefer physical exfoliants. This product does a great job of providing a good clean that isn’t “squeaky” or over-drying. Followed up with a serum and a moisturizer, this can fall easily into anyones skin care routine. You could even use this as a double cleanser. I would definitely recommend it.

« Smells like gasoline »

It’s OK. Purchased with my own money..i was intrigued by the trifecta that is niacinamide, salicylic acid, and hyaluronic acid. I don’t have sensitive skin and i’m well used to 10% niacinamide...This stuff made my skin so dry and i have oily skin. Definitely stripping. The smell which NO one is talking about; smells like gasoline or truffle oil. It makes me want to gag honestly. The exfoliation is a fine grit but it’s not worth the sensitivity after using this. Tried it twice and i just couldn’t take it. It’s just so irritating! You’re better off with Paula’s Choice bha for your acne problems.

« Great for my 46YO oily dehydrated aging skin »

I have been looking for a new cleanser as my 46 year old aging and slightly dehydrated but still oily skin changes and rejects other things that used to work before. This cleanser is working on a lot of levels and even allowed me to combine other products into one so I have less on the shelf as well with everything it has in it. My skin does not find complain or get irritated with this at all, and I have been using it nightly for about a month now. I am really impressed with it, and I think this one will be a rebuy for me, I am very pleased with it!

« So unique & effective »

I really didn’t know what to expect with this, and it is so UNIQUE! It’s a thick balm texture that become instantly foamy if used with water, or if used on dry skin feels thick and rich. It has some physical exfoliants in it & I can honestly say I can’t explain how good my face looked after rinsing. So much less inflammation and redness on my acne and my face looked and felt cleaner than ever. There’s no scent and my DRY acne prone skin absolutely loved this. Nothing else like it out there.
