They used to have the same quality lip balm for about $5, and I’d been using it for almost 3 years 24/7. I’m so disappointed that they discontinued it. $20 is way too pricey for what it is. Hope they address this issue.

Same ingredients, just a revamped image and branding yet the price tripled. Lip balm is okay but it tends to come off within a couple of hours.

This used to be my favorite lip balm product, I bought it for 3.99. I was looking to repurchase this product, It’s a shame that Skinfix has repackaged this and upped this price by so much. I checked the ingredients, it is literally the same product with the same ingredients from the one I bought. It is a great lipbalm though, but will go stale quickly. Not sure if it is worth the new price tag.

I love this lip balm, and it has saved my lips from peeling and cracking, but I can’t recommend it in good conscience, since Skinfix tripled the price after their rebranding. It has an identical ingredient list to the previous version and only 2 grams more product, so increasing the price that much is ridiculous.

Grease... its just like coconut oil on your lips

I live in a really cold place where I’m prone to getting chapped lips. It’s unfortunate but I just thought it was my inevitable fate. Skinfix really helped my lips stay moist for most of the day and even repaired the damage that was done previously from cold weather. I’m not one to like lip balms. They usually make my lips feel greasy but this felt subtle and soothing.

Definitely the best lip balm I have found. My 16 yr old daughter also loves it - and she has never liked using lip balm, despite having cracked lips in the winter.

The texture is not very moisturizing - it leaves a very thin layer on my lips (regardless of how much product is applied) and requires constant re-applying. There are much better products out there - this is going back!

« Don't buy if acne prone »

I should’ve read the ingredients closer because this contains coconut oil which is the worst thing to be putting on your lips if you’re prone to breakouts there. I got this hoping it would fix the barrier of my skin there and help with acne but having coconut oil in this seems counterproductive. Just got it yesterday and already have a new breakout. Too bad because I like the feel of it.

I love this balm. I put a moisturizer underneath, such as a little extra swipe of my face cream on my lips first, and then this on top at night. This is great at sealing in moisture. If my lips are bone dry, I agree, it’s not great alone, but with something hydrating underneath, this helps to heal and maintain the moisture.

This used to be sold at the drugstore in a different package for $5. The exact same product. Nice marketing, Skinfix. Oh well, the product itself is pretty good if you want something that will moisturize your lips. What it won’t do, however, is protect them or create any kind of barrier. It’s too thin for that. But it does moisturize lips without any irritation.

The name would suggest this product provides a barrier to protect lips it fails to do this. It is thin and slippery, does not last and has an unpleasant texture. It does not repair either. I have very dry chapped lips and am always in the lookout for a lip product that protects and provides comfort and some relief to my constantly sore chapped lips.This balm did absolutely nothing.Save your money if you have lip issues and buy Bites agave lip mask before they change the formula! Totally worth the $!
