I got this as a sample and loved it immediately so purchased the full-sized product.First of all - consider watching the short video about the production of Tata Harper. For me at least, I like the business model of this line. That alone isn’t enough to make me LOVE a product, but in this case, it added a few bonus points in understanding the brand.This product is to be started on dry skin. This bothered me a little at first, but I did as instructed. It is creamy enough to use on dry skin - so I use it right before I jump in the shower.It is very rich with the perfect size and amount of microbeads (aka ’very small grit’.) It is gentle. It leaves my skin looking and feeling wonderfully smooth, resurfaced and polished.I liked the way my skin looked immediately. After two weeks, I actually had co-workers commenting that my skin looked ’brighter’ and they asked if I was ’doing something different.“My skin does look smoother, brighter and more even.I have terrible combination skin, so 3-4 times I week, after I use this, I do a ’double cleanse’ with my anti-acne cleanser. This is NOT because this product doesn’t clean enough - but I am prone to cystic acne and I am unwilling to give up my acne prevention steps.This wonderful cleanser does not over-dry my dry areas. In fact, I develop dry patches quickly and this cleanser eliminated one pesky patch completely in just a few days.It is nicely scented and although it may sound weird, it doesn’t make me sneeze (Sadly this can be a problem with me so I am always relieved when a scented product I like doesn’t make me sneeze!)Overall - it is a wonderful cleanser and exfoliator. After 30 days of use, I am convinced this is a winner and will remain part of my regular skincare regime.

Love this product! I received as a sample and the results were amazing. I am 50 and this product makes my face glow and it is so soft and smooth. I bought immediately! I often just concentrate on moisturizers and forget about the surface. This product is the answer.

I have only been using this for a little while but I am already in love! My skin feels so soft and is really clear! I didn’t think I had dull skin before I tried this cleanser but it is so bright now it’s unbelievable. My skin is generally really oily in some spots and extremely dry in others (think eczema dry) and although it’s not perfect it has balanced out a lot! I will definitely repurchase and try other products in the line!

This is a cleanser worth writing about. It actually does leave my (sensitive and mature) skin glowing. I could see a difference immediately. I almost couldn’t believe it when I looked in the mirror. And it also left my skin feeling soft and supple. This is a great way to start your day, or to get ready for the night.

« loved it but the pump stopped working half way »

This is a great exfoliater that doesn’t feel harsh on your skin. I absolutely loved it. My two negatives are the bottle is glass (which when I use in the shower gets me a bit nervous) and more importantly, the pump stopped working (tried unclogging it to no avail) about half way through, I had to get creative on getting the remainder of the product. That would be my only concern with purchasing this item again.

« Awesome, but too pricey »

Great great GREAT job at cleaning and exfoliating!! Makes your face so smooth in a such a short time, it’s incredible! And the grapefruit smell is always nice and fresh (if you like it of course). Only problem is the price. Way too expensive for me to buy as my regular cleanser or even just for weekly exfoliation.

Don’t try it, just don’t. Because you’re going to love it, and then you’re going to be ordering a 75$ cleanser regularly...First off, I am a serial cleanser hopper. I have never found a cleanser that I stick with for more than a bottle or two.. This one might be “the one“ for my combination skin. It leaves my skin so incredibly soft and clean after use, and it cleared up some pesky blackheads on my t-zone and chin quickly. I am not getting as oily during the day and my skin looks matte yet glowing throughout the day. I also adore the way this product feels during use and how it smells.One thing I did notice using it on a dry face is that after awhile it sticks on your skin and doesn’t seem to do much. Don’t get more product, just wet your fingertips and continue cleansing your face. It relathers nicely. :-)

I loved all of the Tata Harper face products. I purchased them in a trial set twice before committing to the full size versions. I really liked this cleanser a lot until a month or two into using it, I developed an allergy to it in the form of contact dermatitis under both eyes. I have never had an allergy to anything before so this was a disappointment! It’s all natural so I have no idea what I’m allergic to. As soon as I stop using the products, it goes away and when I restart it comes back within a couple of days. I stopped and started 3 times to make sure it couldn’t be anything else. I was so pleased that Sephora was willing to let me return those that I hadn’t used at least half. It’s an expensive thing to have to throw away due to an allergy. Too bad because they are really nice products.

« Nothing special »

When I pay this much money for a small bottle of cleanser, I expect above average quality. This smells nice and is fine, but it is no different than a $10 cleanser at the drug store. I’m blown away why a regular, average cleanser like this is so expensive. I saw no difference in my skin, compared to much cheaper facial cleansers. Save your money!

« A gentle cleanser »

This is a no-foam cleanser with tiny scrubs. I have normal skin and occasionally have acne if the product I use is too oily. This cleanser didn’t cause me any trouble. I used it in the morning because it is really gentle and moisturizing. Plus it smells awesome and makes me happy. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have enough power to take off my makeup and/or sunscreen in the evening. I don’t have large pores or dull skin so I didn’t notice any effect in pore minimizing or glow improvement. But sometimes the scrubs are so tiny that they were hard to get rid of. I had to use a towel/sponge to make sure they were completely gone. Overall I think it will be good for dry skin and morning cleaning. But for the price, I’m glad that I didn’t purchase the full size.

Leaves skin feeling super soft and hydrated! Great for people with dry skin. I have super dry skin and have tried everything including expensive treatments like LaMer and La Prairie and this is the only cleanser that doesn’t leave my face feeling tight and dry afterwards. Also, it smells great!!

« doesn’t wash clean »

So I bought the smaller size to try it out, I have combo skin with acne that’s under control and congested skin/pores. The granules are relatively large but I can still use it daily, my issue is the product doesn’t wash completely off. I like my cleansers to not give a “squeaky” clean tight feeling but I don’t like it when I feel an “oily” residue either, I could def tell there’s olive oil in this formula bc it feels like I have the leftover residue. It’s not severe and if you use a toner afterwards it’s not a big deal. As for the efficacy, I don’t think I saw any? It’s certainly not a miracle changing product, it’s pretty much a mild salicylic acid wash with micro exfoliants and a little bit of olive oil for moisture...

I have been using this stuff for the past year and it has made a huge difference in my dry, sensitive, irritable skin. My breakouts have almost been eliminated completely - a few hormonal zits here and there, but otherwise my skin is clear, even, and happy. It is exfoliating and contrary to some other reviews, does NOT foam, which took me a little while to get used to, but it cleanses deeply without drying my skin.

I’m sorry to say this stuff is amaze-balls. Sorry because, have you seen the price? Note that this is NOT a makeup remover. It is strictly for cleaning the skin. What I think makes it work so well is that is has a ph of 5.0, so for me, at least, it leaves my skin with an intact and healthy lipid barrier. After two days of use I didn’t bother with foundation.
